Later that morning, the development manager held a meeting with Shou and the other programmers in their team. He said that the project with XX company has been confirmed and they would start working on it.
“The other party has required for everyone to work on-site at their office. So for the next half of the year, everyone can work at a luxurious office building, haha.”
After saying, the development manager thought he was humorous and laughed but the programmers were all indifferent.
Shou was completely silent due to shock.
After work at night, Shou quickly packed his bag and sneakily went down. As such, he did not see the familiar large Land Rover parked in front of the entrance.
Shou took one of the sharing bicycles. But after cycling halfway, his ass hurt. He had no choice but to get off and walk.
He spent half an hour walking home. There he saw that Gong was not waiting at his house’s entrance. Shou was surprised. He did not expect Gong to pay attention to his words this morning.

Shou: Why should I stay at your house?
Gong: So you are willing to take a more than an hour long train ride to work everyday?
Shou: I will think about it.

The high-end residential area that Gong lived in was just two subway stations away from his company. After work, Shou went straight to Gong’s house and it only took slightly more than ten minutes. It was more convenient than travelling to and from back to his own place.
Shou thought that this fuck buddy was quite a good deal.
The other time Shou was at Gong’s house, he only did 2 things – ate lobster and got himself eaten up. He did not have the chance to take a good look around Gong’s house.
This time, Shou took a good look inside and out, and found that the man was quite organized. His things were all arranged neatly.
