As for the third trap, it was something else that was different from what Fang Yu had expected.

It was a flying ship that suddenly just appeared from the sky, and was now bearing towards them.

“Where the hell did this ship came from?” Shamaila thought as she remembered that the ‘sky’ here in the Median Layer was actually just the bottom of the Common Layer.

“That’s one of Solomon’s warships.” Fang Yu said as the doors of the ship began to open. “From what Genie told me, she said that most of those warships were destroyed, and only few of them remained, but all of them were already hidden.

“It looks scary…” Shamaila muttered as she saw the features of this warship.

It was made up of countless metallic pieces welded together perfectly and smoothly. Its whole body was decorated with magical formations but majority of these formations were cracked and non-functional.

Only 5% of these magical formations were working perfectly.

Aside from that, there were also magical weapons and immortal artifacts covering the whole ship. But just like the magical formations, most of these were already broken beyond the state of repair.

Fang Yu could only see few parts of the weapons that will be able to work.

All in all, this warship was flying towards Fang Yu and co., which was already a miracle, since this ship seems to about to break down at any moment

“That ship ish weak! Tang Li can deshtwoy it!” Tang Li boasted as she tried to fly to the ship.

Fang Yu, being the responsible caretaker that she was, grabbed Tang Li by her legs, preventing her from advancing.

“Muu…” Tang Li pouted as she tried to kick off her Sis. “Tang Li wantsh to shmash shipsh!”

“Nope….” Fang Yu replied as she pointed to the doors of the ship.

“We should not worry about the ship’s fighting capabilities, since it has none. What we should be worried about was on what was inside it.”

Fang Yu knew that instead of being used as a war machine, the warship in front of them was just used to transport the real threat to them!

“Sho pwetty!” Tang Li dazedly said as she saw what came out of the ship. “Sis wook! Tang Li sheesh many boysh and giwlsh with pwetty wingsh!”

Fang Yu’s eyes narrowed as she observed the beings that literally flew out of the ship.

They all looked pure and beautiful, with none of their faces showing any kind of malice at all.

If Fang Yu’s beauty was described, one can say that her beauty was the type to make anyone who sees her have some tinges of dirty thoughts.

But these newcomer beings looked so kind and beautiful that they just make Fang Yu look like a demoness!

As for their wings, they were pearly white, with the feathers in them arranged neatly and perfectly.

Runes and spell words were engraved on the wings, making them look like a beautiful grimoire or a spell book. Fang Yu shook her eyes as she realized that she could not actually understand what was written on their wings.

The wings flapped regularly, as the newcomers bobbed up and down at each flap of their wings. The wings must have been used by them to keep them airborne.

Most of the newcomers only had a pair of these wings while there were some with 4 or 6. There was only one of the newcomers with 8 pairs of wings.

“These peoples are….” Fang Yu gulped as she remembered Wang Hao telling Fang Yu a story before.

According to Wang Hao, in the vast expanse of the Universe, there were some extremely talented races that seemingly just popped out of nowhere. Their talents made them stand out, as these talents made these races stronger than usual.

These races were called the Hidden Races.

Hidden, because these races usually resides on a special plane or dimension that was hidden from the material Universe. Only those that was part of the Hidden Races or those given permission will be allowed to enter those hidden dimensions.

They were different from the Djinns, who were born from the Universe itself, or the Godly Divine Beasts, who will just randomly appear at a certain time period.

They were a collection of similarly talented individuals that managed to create a small civilization big enough for them to be called a race.

These races all have high-grade talents, granting them special abilities.

Only Divine Beasts and Godly Divine Beasts have talents and potential able to surpass the members of the Hidden Races!

Fang Yu remembered Wang Hao having a lewd smile as he gave Fang Yu some examples of Hidden Races.

Dwarves: High talent in smithing and artificing.

Nephilim: Half Angel, Half Devil. Able to wield the power of the two opposing beings perfectly.

Elves: Long-eared human-like beings. They were blessed in terms of magic, making them an extremely powerful magic race.

It was at the mention of Elves that Fang Yu saw Wang Hao actually drooling a little. Fang Yu just shook her head at that time, as she realized that Wang Hao must have some ‘pleasant experience’ with those elves.

As she broke free from the recollection, Fang Yu refocused her attention once more to the winged beings.

Even though they looked kind, if one stared into their eyes deeply, one will see hints of exhaustion and even despair.

The reason for that despair was the seal that Fang Yu could see on the foreheads of the winged beings.

This seal looked like a red claw with three pointed ends. It was slightly pulsing, sending streams of unknown power flowing through the bodies of the winged beings.

“They were f**king enslaved!” Fang Yu felt a rush of anger after seeing the haunted eyes and the robotic stares of the winged beings.

They looked like they gave up the notion of iving as they seemed to just move because they HAD TO move.

Shamaila was a little shocked after seeing a genuine sign of anger from Fang Yu. But this did not deter her from asking Fang Yu on what type of people are these winged beings.

“I do not know too…. None of the descriptions that I remember coincides with them.”

Fang Yu was sure that they were not angels, since angels were creatures that was half material, half divine energy.

The winged creatures that Fang Yu sees right now were purely material beings.

“Meh, let’s just call them the Winged Ones for now.” Shamaila nodded at this, as she tensed her body as the Winged Ones approached them.

“Hey there, how are you doing? It’s a nice day right?” Fang Yu smiled as she waved her hands towards the Winged Ones.

“….”

What she got in reply was a silent stare, with the eyes of the Winged Ones just staring at the trio directly.

“Cweepy….” Tang Li muttered as she hid behind her Sis to avoid their eyes. Shamaila shivered as she felt as if those eyes could see through her entire being.

Fang Yu then laughed awkwardly, as she decided to not yet give up on talking to them.

“Come on, no greetings at all? I thought you went here to welcome us three!”

Sounds of clinking metal was then heard as the Winged Ones began to unsheathe their swords. They wordlessly pointed their swords at the confused trio, still not saying any words at all.

“Oh really, no words at all? Even just something like ‘We are the Winged Ones, you killed our father, prepare to die!’.”

In response to this, the Winged Ones let out their imposing power, which managed to slightly shock Fang Yu.

“What the hell, most of them has power comparable to the Core Stage?” Fang Yu knew that was the equivalent of the Third Stage. The least level of power that Fang Yu could see was around the Second Stage.

What was worse that there were some with power comparable to the Soul Stage or the Fourth Stage!

Since the Winged Ones were not expelled from the planet, their power must have come from something different from cultivation.

But the thing that made Fang Yu extremely nervous was the existence of this race.

“Solomon had something like this hidden the whole time? What a slimy bastard!”

Fang Yu let out a shaky laugh as she realized that Solomon was more cunning than what she had expected.

All this time, Solomon actually ‘hid’ a Hidden Race with power like this from everyone.

Fang Yu and her allies thought that maybe only the Djinns were the only subordinates that they should be worried about.

Turns out they were mistaken.

“If Solomon had enslaved this Hidden Race, that means he could have more tricks under his sleeves!”

Fang Yu gritted her teeth as she realized she had acted a little carelessly.

She should have already started dealing with the skeleton army and the vines earlier. But because she let the third trap arrive, Fang Yu will have a difficult time destroying them all at the same time.

“Then I just have to finish them all off now.” Fang Yu sighed as she began to call out the power of several of her Essence Cores.

If she wants to finish the fight in her favor, then she had to use explosive power that will beat them all fairly quickly.

“Here I go!” Fang Yu shouted as some of her Essence Cores lit up as they were activated.

But before she could make a move, she heard the ground under her rumbling, which made her pause in dread.

She looked down, and she saw a capsule-like vehicle protruding out of the ground.

“Oh please no….”

The doors of the capsule-like vehicle opened, and from these doors came out something that made Fang Yu shout out,

“Another Hidden Race? Damn you Solomon! This is cheating already! Where is the game master?!”
