Translator: Guy Gone Bad

Han Mingxu did not say anything. Nancheng Lie wouldn’t or couldn’t understand how important Li Qinghao was to him.

And his silence was a yes to Nancheng Lie. He looked at Han Mingxu boldly, “what do you mean? Have you fallen in love with him because of the car accident? Dude, you don’t love men.”

Han raised his head and looked at him jokingly, “since when did you become a chatterbox?” He raised his eyebrows sexily.

“You…” Nancheng Lie tried to argue with him but didn’t because he was drown in Han’s smile. He looked away and did not notice that Han’s eyes got more serious. It was very quiet in the car and no one spoke. Both of them were thinking what to do next.

In the room, the new clothes were scattered all over the floor. Li Qinghao lied on the bed, looking at the ceiling printed with rose patterns. He hadn’t calmed himself down after such a long time.

Just now his heart beat fast when he saw Nancheng Lie and his body trembled when he met Han Mingxu that was not him. It was the body which reacted spontaneously.

He raised his hand and looked at his thin, slender fingers which were well-proportioned and beautiful. It was this pair of hands that had just put into Han Mingxu’s clothes. Closing his eyes, he hid all his emotions behind and started to think what had happened just now.

Only two years… Lie had changed.

And himself… He could still feel the warmth in his hands. When he opened his eyes, toughness flashed in his eyes. Han Mingxu’s back was smooth, but his own back…He started to think of the car accident two years ago like it just happened yesterday. When he was holding Li Qinghao to jump out of the car, loads of bullets shot by and one of them, yes, he was sure, penetrated through his back into his left side of chest, which meant Han Mingxu’s back should not be so neat and smooth. There at least should be a scar.

No! Li Qinghao jumped out of bed. It didn’t mean anything.

Was it possible that he just looked like him? Didn’t he transmigrate into a different body like he did? Even now, he couldn’t help thinking that if his soul was reborn in Li Qinghao’s body, then Li Qinghao’s soul should be reborn his body too.

But perhaps he was wrong.

His thoughts made him even more confused. He needed to calm down.

Long time no see!

Nancheng Lie’s words popped into his mind again. Damn it long time no see. He revealed himself due to his carelessness. If Nancheng Lie sensed something wrong with him, he should go find evidence instead of telling him the same thing. Did it mean that he already knew something?

Nancheng College

Nancheng College was situated at the suburban area. That was why the assassinators chose to ambush him on his way back home from school.

“Stop the car.”

“Young master?” Yu, the chauffeur, had no idea why he asked him to stop the car. But Li Qinghao already got out of the car.

The road was wide open along the mountain ridges. The air was fresh. Li Qinghao took a deep breath not because of the fresh air but because of the place he was ambushed.

There must be something left as things had happened. Even after two years, Li Qinghao didn’t believe there was no trail to track back to the incident at all. According to Li’s father, it was Nancheng Lie that had sent him to the hospital and called his father, which meant Nancheng Lie got here soon after the accident because he could find him very quickly by using GPS. Therefore, the killers didn’t have much time to clear off every trail they left.

But who were they? Could be it Han Mingxu?

He was100% sure that Han Mingxu was part of this but he didn’t understand why.

Han was born in a rich family. Besides, he was rich himself judging from the man he met twice. He might have had a face job but it is unlikely that he could mimic Han Mingxu from the inside to outside.

He was too proud to kill someone for money.

“Young master. Young master.” As some cars passed by, the wind blew Li Qinghao’s long hair up in the air, shinning especially under the sun.

“I’m fine. Let’s go to school.” He hopped into the car and noticed the flash in the rearview mirror. Interesting! He knew he was tracked but he was not panicked. Who would it be?

Then Li’s car drove away. When it was far enough, the door of another car not far away was opened. Han Minglie got out of it. He looked the place where Li Qinghao stood earlier. He started to think it got interesting.

He told the driver, “get off of the car. You go back first.” Behind the car was a black car. As Han Mingxu got off the car, the bodyguards in that car quickly got off too.

“Your highness, it might be inappropriate.” A middle-age man approached.

“Inappropriate?” He raised his eyebrow.

“The princess ordered us to protect you after you came back.”

“To protect her throne, I am afraid.” Han Mingxu smiled.

The middle-age man frowned.

“Jimmy, how long have you been by bodyguard?” Han Mingxu leaned against the car door, both hands putting in the pocket of his blue jeans.

“I’ve been taking care of you since the princess came back with the new-born you.” Jimmy told the fact although he didn’t know why Han asked so.

“Well. You should know that I never forgive those who betray me.” His eyes narrowed.

Jimmy missed a heartbeat because he knew very well that this man was brutal like what he did two years ago.

“Huh?”

“At your service.” Jimmy stepped back and bowed.

“I know you are loyal to my aunt. All you need to do is to tell her that I can assure her throne if she can stay away from my freedom, otherwise… ” Han Mingxu hopped in the car. Although the sentence was broken as the door was closed, both of them knew what it was about.

Jimmy started to sweat on his forehead and thought to himself, “Princess, now that his highness has grown up, do you think you can handle him?”
