Chapter 2228: Fruit of Training (2)

Tang Shaoyang looked at the body in front of him for a moment before taking the flying head and body into his inventory. He was a little bit disappointed that the peak True God Realm was easily killed.

What he used was Heaven Ethereal Shift, a movement technique from the original Nine Heavenly Gates - Heavenly Steps. It turned his body ethereal, making him invulnerable to physical attack. On top of that, he could move freely and remained invulnerable while being invisible.

However, none of the peak True God Realms could react to him. Maybe this was their first encounter with this kind of technique, but completely not being able to react to him was quite disappointing. He easily cut the head without resistance.

The two who attacked Tang Shaoyang earlier called out, making the two who still thought they were protecting wounded Feng Jian realize Tang Shaoyang was behind them. They turned around only to see their friend’s body disappear before their eyes.

Tang Shaoyang kicked the ground, leaping backward as the strike hit the empty ground and exploded in fire, engulfing the two people who attacked his shell.

The two cultivators grinned ear to ear, thinking they got Tang Shaoyang. The fist might be stopped, but the fire was not. Their fire erupted, swallowed Tang Shaoyang.

However, the two quickly noticed something amiss. The hand that caught their fist. It remains strong, holding its fist.

Tang Shaoyang grabbed the wrist of the cultivator above him, then he pulled the cultivator down, slamming toward the other one.

Boom!

The ground shook as the fire engulfed them was blown away, revealing two figures on top of each other on the ground. At the same time, Tang Shaoyang’s right fist was covered in dark-golden energy, forming a bigger fist with his energy.

He struck down at two cultivators who seemed to be in a daze by the slam. He intended to kill them both in this trike.

Boom!

Tang Shaoyang looked up in surprise because he could feel his strike didn’t hit the two cultivators, but an empty ground. As the dust settled, he discovered the fifth cultivator, carrying the two dazed cultivators who still looked confused.

A man in red armor with a spear on his back was holding the two cultivators that he had almost killed by their collars. He dropped the two cultivators on the ground and faced him. The man depicted the image of a great general.

Detection told him this man was another peak True God Realm, but his man’s aura alone tells him this person might be stronger than the other four.
