She screamed in horror at the sight. Everyone she had tried so desperately to protect was melting into a writhing mass of red flesh, blood, and bones.
Black hands constantly grasped the flesh, molding it into a body for Her to emerge into the World of the Living.
"More...! More sacrifices! MORE! IZANAMI DEMANDS MORE!"
Takai Shinji descended into complete madness, revealing his true face to Sadako, who despaired.

The black hands shaped a body: a tall hybrid between Oni and human, a Demoness with pale white skin, black horns, crimson eyes, and long black hair like the night.
Countless red tattoos covered her fair form, towering over four meters tall.
In horror, Sadako watched what Takai Shinji had created—and lost her only friend.
