RUMBLE!

Tokyo trembled violently. Most residents assumed another earthquake and braced themselves, as their society had long adapted to such disasters.

Yet this was no shift of tectonic plates.

To their disbelief and growing horror, something invisible to ordinary eyes had finally broken through.

The immense concentration of power flooding this region overwhelmed the Soul of the Planet. It could no longer shield Japan, or the surrounding lands, from Them.

Before the stunned gaze of every Japanese citizen, the sky tore open and the ground split apart. From the shattered heavens poured countless colors and vast landscapes that began merging the Supernatural with the Real World.

From below, portals to Yomi, Duat, and countless other Underworlds and Heavenly Domains across the planet's mythologies erupted. They twisted together into an eternal, writhing purgatory of death and demons.

"W-What's happening?!"

"AAAAHHHH!"

"It's the end of the world!"

"Monsters! Monsters are coming out of the earth!"

"The sky! The sky is falling apart!"

"Run! RUN!"

Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Asakusa, Chiyoda, and countless other districts suffered the same catastrophe. Authorities rushed to rescue civilians, but nightmarish creatures pouring from the fissures made every effort brutally difficult.

Giant skeletons, specters, demons, all the worst horrors born from humanity's darkest imagination, emerged one after another, spreading terror across Tokyo and rapidly beyond.

To the despair of every inhabitant, Japan had become the epicenter of the chaos. Not only were Realms across the world being drawn into a colossal vortex, but entities from beyond this dimension were breaching through, drawn by the forces unleashed by Them.

Inside Tokyo High School, students panicked and barricaded themselves in classrooms as Yokai and Skeletons battered down the doors, giggling maniacally while beginning to slaughter anyone trying to protect the children.

"Gyehehehe! Human! Fresh human blood!"

An imp-like demon cackled as he seized a teacher by the hair and pressed a knife to her throat, slowly slicing.

"S-Someone help meeeeee!"

As her scream echoed, suddenly...

Out of nowhere.

BOOOM!

A brilliant, tiny star detonated, obliterating the imp's head.

"Eh?"

The teacher's eyes widened in shock as Aura—the Language Teacher—appeared from thin air, his body glowing with the radiance of constellations.

"T-Teacher Aura?"

She gasped as he approached.

But.

"ROAARR!"

Dozens of Yokai charged with feral roars.

Aura smiled calmly. With a casual wave of his hand, hundreds of stars flared into existence and annihilated every creature in an instant.

The stars spread throughout the entire school, eradicating every invader. They surged beyond the walls, cutting down hundreds more monsters outside.

"The school should be safe now. Can you walk?"

He gently helped her to her feet. She nodded, clinging to him in relief.

"Oh, professor, what is happening?! W-What did you do?! What's going on?! I just don't understand!"

"There has always been a fine line between the world as we know it and the Supernatural World. That line has been erased. Now both realms are colliding."

"E-Eh?!"

"Gods, Spirits, Demons, Yokai—everything you once considered fictional or mythological has existed since the beginning, hidden right beneath everyone's noses."

His voice carried clearly through the entire school. Students and teachers listened in stunned silence.

"Listen up, everyone! Among you are some who have been hiding your powers—perhaps out of fear, or because you never understood where they came from. But today is the day. You were given that power to protect others."

His words echoed with unshakable certainty. Students who had cowered in silence now rose, inspired and resolute.

Among them stood a particular group of friends...

"I guess there's no point hiding it anymore, Sol!"

"Yeah, Elfina."

Elfina, Fiere, Sol, Ariant, Eriant, and Brunhild stepped forward.

"I suppose it's finally time..." Fiere sighed. "Young lady, we've grown stronger all this time for a moment like this. We must use our strength well."

"Yes!" Elfina nodded firmly. "You guys too?"

"Yeah..." Eriant agreed.

"I discovered I had weird powers. I guess it really is that time, huh?" Ariant asked.

"I-I also have weird powers... Um," Brunhild—the class giantess—muttered shyly.

Though none had yet recovered their past memories, they were bound by the deep friendships forged in this life and by the faint echoes of worlds they sometimes glimpsed in dreams.

Together with Teacher Aura, they descended the stairs to confront the horrors outside.

Aura looked skyward and smiled softly, watching the children Kireina had brought into this world rise to defend their new home.

"I hope you can handle the rest. I'll secure this area until things stabilize!"

His voice carried far into the sky, reaching three gods soaring above the chaos.

Flora, Supreme Goddess of Nature and Life from Another World.

The System Master, former sovereign of that world's System.

And Lucifer's Avatar, Supreme God of Space and Creation from the same realm.

"I can feel them, the fluctuations of energies," Lucifer said quietly. "Beyond that crack in the sky... is Genesis."

"...What?!" The System Master felt it too, yet disbelief choked him. "W-Wha...! Why? What?!"

"You feel it as well," Flora said gravely. "Your mother is coming for you, it seems."

"But that's impossible! How can Genesis come here?! It's... billions of light years away!" the System Master protested. "This is ridiculous..."

"It really is," Flora agreed. "All these inexplicable events are happening because of the Forces Beyond our Dimension—the Usurpers of Destiny—who are weaving everything toward their own design."

"They have grown bored of toying with us," Lucifer continued. "They want Kireina, and they will take her while destroying everything else. It is not just here, across the entire Universe... it is beginning to contract."

"...?!"

Flora and the System Master stared at him in stunned silence.

"As someone deeply attuned to Space, I can sense it clearly," Lucifer explained. "Not only Genesis, every planet, sun, nebula, black hole, galaxy, and firmament within reach is being dragged toward this single point."

"What does that even mean for all of us?" Flora asked, voice tight.

"It likely means they intend to destroy this entire Universe... or perhaps even more," Lucifer answered. "If we do not stop those orchestrating this catastrophe... everything ends."

"..."

"..."

Using his authority over Space and his profound connection to Hell, Lucifer scanned the surrounding universal phenomena and uncovered the terrifying truth.

This was almost certainly an "attack" from beings beyond the Boundaries of this Heavenly Dimensional Domain.

They were attempting to compress the entire Domain to the size of a mountain and obliterate it.

Then they would retrieve Kireina from the ruins.

"Then what do we do?" the System Master asked desperately. "What can we possibly do against beings of that power?!"

"We trust in our hearts—and in Kireina," Lucifer replied. "She is, after all, one of them, their sister. Thus she should possess the same power. And now, within our hearts... can't you feel her presence?"

"...!"

"...?!"

Flora and the System Master suddenly felt their connection to Kireina's "System" more vividly than ever before, the Pillar of Eternal Light that stretched across Domains and reached even the Empyrean Throne.

The skies warped further as the entirety of Genesis began merging with this Dimensional Labyrinth.

From this violent fusion, countless threats emerged simultaneously, some confused, others opportunistic, seizing the chance to claim power.

Giant spaceships tumbled through dimensional vortexes.

Massive chaos vessels carrying endless chaotic creatures crashed to the surface.

Armies of Demons borne by towering Demonic structures plummeted into the sea.

Spirits, Undead, and more flooded every corner.

From atop Mount Takao, the Supreme Gods watched the endless vortex expand, pulsing with world-shattering power.

"The only way to stop it is inside that vortex," Flora declared. "Kireina is there. We must help her."

"But with all these threats surrounding us?!" the System Master protested.

"Hm, certainly not..." Lucifer sighed.

"Both of you go ahead and help her, and everyone else," Flora said. Her Aura surged violently as hundreds of Gods poured forth from her Divine Realm. Now that the world's laws were shattered and distorted, they were no longer assimilated into mortals. "My army and I have grown stronger this entire time. It is time to show what we can do. Go!"

Flora assumed her true form, a kilometer-long titan of Yggdrasil wood, crowned with spirit trees as antlers, her emerald eyes blazing with resolve.

"Today, my children, we fight not only to protect this world, but the Universe, and perhaps even our Dimension! Do not falter! Do not hesitate! Your lives have been shaped for this very moment! So fight! Resist! And defy Destiny!"

"OOOOOHHHH!"

The Gods of Nature, Life, and Beasts from Genesis roared in unison and charged into the countless horrors unleashed by this catastrophe.

Meanwhile, the greatest factions of Japan stirred. Their most powerful leaders finally emerged from their strongholds.

The Chaos Gate.

The Werewolf Family.

The Vampire Family.

And even the Amaterasu Clan.

With the world plunged into utter chaos and incomprehensible forces seizing everything, they had no choice but to fight, to protect what remained.

And to work together.

Yet every leader carried the same desperate worry beyond the fate of the world itself.

"Harumi...! Where are you?!"

"Damn it! Erika!"

"Kireina!"

Queen Clementine of the Vampires, King Beowulf of the Werewolves, and Lord Chaos himself raced toward the vortex, leaving their armies to handle the rest.

No words were needed. The anguish and determination etched on each face told the others everything, they were all rushing to save someone irreplaceable.

"I can't believe that in all my life I would ever work together with you, damn chaos bastard," Beowulf muttered.

"Hmph... If it weren't for this, I would have already dealt with both of you!" Lord Chaos growled.

"Enough!" Clementine roared. "Our children are in danger. We must press on!"

Behind Lord Chaos, Wasp and Victor followed closely while he left Medea and her army of thousands, sorcerers, witches, necromancers, and magicians, to defend Tokyo.
