Chapter 1921: Becoming A Primordial (3)

Rowan was determined to pursue this new evolution of creating Primordials, even though it was conceptually more difficult to reach the level of Primordial with this method. Yet, it was also intrinsically easier, because more than anything, the primary reason for this new Primordial to rise depended more on their willpower than their talents. Still, for Ancient Primordials, talent was more important than willpower.

At the end, Rowan considered the path for reaching the level of a Primordial that he had created to be superior since there was one thing that an individual had total control over, and that was their willpower.

It was not easy to grow your willpower, but it was possible, talent on the other hand was mostly fixed and the rituals or divine tools that could transform talents were incredibly rare and it was possible that in the entirety of Reallity, the number of talent changing opportunity would not surpass a billion, and most of them were not very effective, and their results were lackluster in comparison to the true talents that could be found naturally in some lucky individuals.

And while it was true that the New primordials that had arisen were all extremely talented, this was because in some fashion, they were all related to Rowan, and his presence had altered their destinies, however, he expected to see New Primordials in the future that were not directly related to him, who lacked great talents but had willpower that could crush the barriers of the ninth dimensional level.

Rowan, even as an Incarnation, held talents and willpower that eclipsed everyone inside Reality, and reaching the Primordial level for him was relatively simple... the highest state that a lifeform could aspire towards for him was... nothing.

His challenge at this moment was which path should he follow: the new or the old?

If he followed the new path, then Rowan would become very powerful even with a single Origin Force, but the power of this level was not something he lacked. Using the new path, he could be highlighting all the problems that his main body might face if he became a Primordial, and that was very important, but after thinking of it for a while before this point, Rowan decided to follow the old path.

There were many reasons he should not take the old path, but Rowan could not forget that his foundations were firmly planted in the path of the Ancient Primordial. In many ways, he was the perfect culmination of the path of the Ancient Primordials.

If he followed the path of the new, he would be magnificent, but if he followed the path of the old, then with the present state of existence, he would be the last of his kind, but he would be the greatest, there would be no Primordial like him since the dawn of existence, and in the distant future when existence end, there would be nothing like him.

"The path of the Ancient Primordials had failed all of existence, and if I am to become a Primordial, I cannot disregard the oceans of deaths that are the legacy of my rise. If the old should be washed away, then let me be the last of the Ancient Primordial to bring about this passing."

There were many paths that he could take in the Ancient Path. Inside the Primordial Record, there were multiple Origin Forces recorded on its page that he could Seed in his flesh at any time; they included Space Origin, Fate Origin, Destiny Origin, Destruction Origin, Soul Origin, Time Origin, Chaos Origin, and Demon Origin.

However, Rowan knew that this was far from the number of Origin that he could seed in the flesh of his main body. Previously, as an infant, his body could only seed a limited number of Origin Force, and even when he gained the Origin of Imagination, it was not shown in his pages of the Primordial Record, because his body had reached its limits, but that was him as an infant.

If Eos had not begun restricting the Primordial Record from seeing his present attributes, then the pages of the Primordial Record would record something very different, and this was the second reason that if Eos was going to be a Primordial, he would still be following the Ancient Path, because he was becoming the perfect vessel.

The Primordials had gained a lot by playing Rowan, but they had perhaps shown their hands too early... if they could have seen Eos’ present attributes, then they would not be fighting Death; they would be spending all their energy in destroying Eos before he could become a Primordial.

Perhaps they had seen that he could only previously hold eight Origin forces in his body, and even if he became a Primordial in all eight of them, which was debatable due to the Primordials being the masters of several of those Origins, they would be able to easily suppress him.

Out of these eight Origin Forces, three of them, Soul, Time, and Demon, already had Primordials, and so Rowan would not be able to get to even the first level of Origin for them, reducing him to a five-fold Primordial.

At least, this is what they would be thinking given that they had only seen the previous version of Eos, not the Eos now free to mature, who had been rapidly developing for the last hundred million years with the enhanced rate of time of his body.

Now, the decision he needed to make was which Origin Force he would take to become a Primordial. At this moment, his main body Eos had already mastered a hundred and twenty-five Origin Forces in the last hundred million years, and he was getting better at this. And what made this even more frightening to consider was that, unlike other Primordials, the method Rowan was using to reach the Primordial Level was different from everyone else.

For everyone else, to access the power of a Primordial, they had to reach the ninth-dimensional level; only then would their body, soul, and spirit be strong enough to carry the burden of Origin, because power had weight.

So reaching the Primordial Level was a start into the exploration of Origin, where with every level the Primordial understands and takes control of, their powers skyrocket, and up till this moment, Telmus had reached the second level of his Origin of Defiant Ascension, and Eva had reached the first level of her Origin of Revelations.

Rowan, on the other hand, followed a much different path; he was not just powerful enough to master the Origin Force of various concepts, he was also delving deep into their layers, meaning he already explored the mysteries of the Primordial Level even before he became a Primordial, and so any time he wished to become a Primordial, he had already mastered its entire Origin.

His first choice of Origin Force Rowan wanted to pick was the Origin of Truth. His main body had secretly mastered the Origin of Truth up to the fourth layer, but this could not be revealed at this point because Rowan was here to be bait, and he would rather not use his best options for his ascension. He needed something powerful, but not too important that its loss would break his plans.

So, the decision was made, he would become the Primordial of Space.
