Chapter 2474: Movie Watching with Kaori

The pet-related topic that Kaori had casually brought up turned out, in a sense, to be a landmine. Kaito absolutely doted on his pets, Bellfreed and Lindwurm, and when it came to pet-related subjects, his level of enthusiasm was on an entirely different plane.

That said, unlike a certain God who would talk nonstop in such overwhelming volume that it felt like being crushed, Kaito still retained enough rationality to consider the other persons circumstances.

After lightly waving to Bellfreed and Lindwurm, Kaori went inside the house together with Kaito. As they walked down the hallway, their conversation about the pets continued.

[Well, thats the thing. With Frea-san errr, Nidzveld-san, one of the Dragon Kings subordinates, her magical wavelengths come across to me as normal conversation. But with Lynns, I can sort of grasp the general feeling, but its not that clear-cut I think its because Lynn is still a child, so her ability to convey intent through magical wavelengths isnt as refined as Frea-sans yet. Once she grows more, I think Ill be able to understand her clearly.]
