Chapter 2530: Bipolar God Tiana

While we were having tea with Kuro, Tiana-san once again brought out the snack she had first given me earlier, that thing that looked like a marble but turned into a cookie when you ate it.

Kuro probably hadnt tried it yet, so it was likely Tiana-sans kindness, wanting her to experience ingredients from another world too.

[Kuromueina-chan, if youd like, please have one.]

[Errr a glass bead? No, maybe a candy?]

[I gave one to Kaito-kun earlier. Its a food from my world, something like what youd call a cookie in this world.]

[Hehh, so this is a cookie Well then, Ill have one!? S- So amazing! It felt hard when I held it, but when I ate it, it was all crispy and crumbly. It really tastes like a cookie!?]

After eating it, Kuros eyes sparkled with amazement, and seeing her reaction made Tiana-san smile.

[I got to try quite a few things too, and since theyre ingredients from another world, there were a lot of things youd never imagine by this worlds standards. It was pretty fun.]

After hearing that she couldnt give away the ingredients without Shiro-sans permission, Kuro slumped her shoulders. She had probably expected as much, because she backed down more easily than I thought she would.

Or so I thought, but then she glanced at me for a moment before quickly sliding over to my side and clinging to my arm.

She pleaded in an incredibly sweet voice, looking up at me as if trying to charm me Does she want those otherworldly ingredients that badly? Yeah she definitely does.

And Kuro understands the situation perfectly. Theres no reason for Shiro-san to cooperate with her baby castella project, so if Kuro asked directly, it would almost certainly be rejected.

However, if I asked, there might be a chance. Thats why shes coaxing me like this. And sadly Its effective. The way shes acting spoiled like this, probably something she only does with me, her boyfriend I have to admit, it works incredibly well.

Overcome with emotion, Kuro leapt forward and hugged me tightly. I guess I really do go a bit soft when it comes to Kuro, but seeing her this happy made me feel that asking Shiro-san for help was absolutely worth it.
