Im planning to change from daily updates to updating every other day soon

I want to serialize a new work (side story), so I plan to alternate updates between the two

The protagonist of the new work will be Eulpecula.

Currently, Ive been updating daily, but Im planning to change the schedule to every other day in the near future. Its not because daily updates have become too difficult or anything like that, rather, I want to start serializing a new work, and doing that alongside daily updates would be tough, so Im thinking of alternating updates between the two.

Well, calling it a new work might not be quite accurate its more like a side story Im planning to serialize , which Ive already written twice as extra chapters, aiming to start sometime in April if possible.

In my current concept, the setting will be [Trinia about 100 years after the present main story], with Eulpecula as the main protagonist, alongside the Six Stars plus Isis. While the main story focuses on the Human Realm due to Kaitos daily life, this one is planned to center on the Demon Realm.

That said, much of this is still in the planning stage, so details and the exact start date havent been finalized yet. Im hoping to begin sometime in April though.

As she walked alongside Kaito toward the gym, Eris began asking questions about their destination. Since it was her first time visiting such a facility, she wanted to have at least a basic understanding of it beforehand.

[By the way, who was it that asked Kaito-sama to come try this out?]

[Frea-san errr, one of the Four Great Demon Dragons, Freabell Nidzveld.]

[I see. I have heard that Nidzveld-sama sometimes invests in innovative shops and businesses without regard for profitability, so it makes sense that she would be the one to start something like this.]

There was no real surprise at hearing Nidzvelds name. After all, the person in question was the Worlds Singularity, Kaito. Even if the name of one of the Six Kings Executives came up, it wouldnt be strange when it involved him.

Moreover, Nidzveld favored those with ambition and a drive to improve, and as long as someone possessed genuine passion, she would support even challenges that seemed like mere pipe dreams.

Of course, not everything succeeded, but Eris had heard that many had achieved great success thanks to Nidzvelds backing and encouragement. So even for someone as knowledgeable as Eris, it wasnt particularly surprising that this gym, something she was hearing about for the first time, was being led by Nidzveld.

[Oh, but it seems Frea-san will be attending an event in a city in the Demon Realm today as Magnawell-sans representative, so one of her subordinates will be showing us around.]

Eris nodded at Kaitos words, but due to past experiences, a faint sense of suspicion crept into her thoughts. Given that it was Kaito, and a newly opened facility connected to one of the Six Kings Executives, she had been prepared for a possible encounter with Nidzveld. However, from the way Kaito spoke, it didnt seem like they would be meeting her at the gym.

Of course, that was much kinder on Eris stomach, but past experience told her not to let her guard down. Just because Nidzveld wasnt there didnt mean they wouldnt run into another of the Six Kings Executives. She steeled herself, firmly preparing for anything.

If Lilia, who knew even more about Kaito than Eris, had been present, she would surely have desperately told her Its exactly when youre on full alert like this that nothing happens! Its when you let your guard down, like after finishing at the gym and relaxing, that he strikes!!!

But Eris had no way of knowing that. And so, continuing their light conversation, she and Kaito headed toward their destination.

The gym they arrived at was a fairly large facility, built on an expansive plot of land.

(Quite a large scale but if one considers exercising inside, perhaps this size is necessary. It might resemble a knights training ground, or perhaps something closer to a RINGTOSS arena)

As she imagined the interior based on the exterior, the entrance door opened, and a Leopard Beastman Demon appeared, bowing toward Kaito.

[Welcome, big bro! Thank you for taking the time to come today! Oi, you lot! The big bro is here! Stop what youre doing and line up!!]

[Hello, Namir-san no, theres really no need to line up]

At the loud announcement of the Beastman Demon Namir, who had met Kaito several times before, others belonging to the Crimson Fang rushed out from inside the gym and neatly lined up in front of Kaito and Eris, bowing their heads in unison.

Though Eris was inwardly surprised, Kaito merely gave a wry smile, as if already somewhat used to this kind of reaction.

[Errr, I said Id be coming alone, but I happened to run into an acquaintance on the way. Since shes a Human woman, I thought it would be perfect, so I asked her to come along is that alright?]

[Of course! In fact, were grateful. Weve prepared workout clothes for both men and women! The plan is to first have you change into the exercise clothes weve provided so your current outfits dont get dirty. Then well give you a brief tour of the gym with explanations, and after that, youll try things out yourselves. Does that sound alright?]

[Yes, thats fine.]

[I have no objections either.]

After Kaito and Eris confirmed they had no issues with the explanation, Namir nodded once before turning to his subordinates.

[Alright then, Ill guide the big bro myself, so you lot guide the big bros wife!]

[Ah, n- no, Im not Kaito-samas wife]

[Oh, my apologies. You lot! Make sure you show no disrespect to the big bros lover! Now then, big bro, this way please!]

[No, thats not it either]

Just as she thought she had cleared up the misunderstanding, it turned out she hadnt at all. The realization made Eris freeze for a brief moment, and she missed her chance to correct it.

As for Kaito, he had already learned from dealing with people like Blossom and Lanza that it was better to calmly correct this sort of thing later. So he told Eris, Ill explain it to them later, before heading off with Namir.

(No, um he shouted that here outside the facility there are people around. Well I suppose this isnt a high-end district, so its unlikely any noble acquaintances would overhear so it should be fine but still, Im starting to feel like, in social circles, Im genuinely being recognized as Kaito-samas mistress or lover)

~ ~ Beastman Demon Namir ~ ~

A Leopard Beastman Demon who has appeared from time to time when Nidzveld meets Kaito, and serves as a squad leader of the Crimson Fang. A Viscount-rank Demon, he gives off more of an underling vibe rather than a proper subordinate, according to Kaito, hes somewhat similar to Blossom and Lanza. His voice is extremely loud, so the remark about Eris being Kaitos lover could be heard from quite a distance.

(T/N: Namirs gender is unknown at the moment, as they hadnt been referred to with any gender specifi pronouns, but as hes got a masculine name according to google, hes now a male. Feels like hes just a side chara anyway.)
