Existence is a series of punctuations, a collection of moments where the steady rhythm of the mundane is interrupted by the violent imposition of the extraordinary, yet among the many shifts that bloomed across the vastness of the Observable and Unobservable, there remained a specific category of upheaval that commanded the attention of even the most ancient and knowledgeable beings. There are debates every now and then between those who have witnessed the turn of eons, but most tend to agree that the point of greatest change occured when a Relictus emerged from a place they had never emerged from before, for that was the singular spark that set the ball of Existence rolling towards weavings that no one could have anticipated, leading to an era of upheaval and glorious immensity that defied every established scale of progress!
---
The Nearu Absolute Clone materialized in a region of THE Wyld defined by an endless expanse of dazzling snow, the crystalline flakes falling in a silent and heavy rhythm that sought to bury the evidence of the violence beneath a layer of pristine white.
Naldine Manthon sat upon the obscenely fat and golden shoulders of the greed-personified Midas, her radiant white hair flowing behind her like a river of ivory and gold while her singularity-dotted eyes tracked the descent of the flakes with a heavy and detached melancholy that suggested she had already witnessed enough upheaval for a single existence.
Midas remained stationary as a mountain of golden muscle and excess, his blue-gold wings folded tightly against his frame while the golden rings of Greed orbited his limbs in a slow and patient rotation that kept the accumulating snow from settling upon his skin.
Around them, the corpses of four Primordial Architects were scattered across the frozen ground, their once-grand existences reduced to cold and silent monuments that were rapidly being claimed by the accumulation of the snow, their authority extinguished in the same clinical manner that the Gilded had intended for every Bounded Lifeform.
Naldine absent-mindedly released her hands from Midas’s shoulders to have the snow land on her palm, watching as the heat of her Hadean physiology caused the crystalline structure to dissolve into a tiny drop of moisture while the ambient silence of the region pressed against her foundations.
Noah’s Nearu Absolute Clone appeared before them with the silent grace of a ghost, his figure radiating a soft and multicolored brilliance that cast long shadows across the white terrain, and Naldine looked up at him with an expression that held a profound sense of sorrow as she spoke.
"You finally came looking for me?" she asked. "I would ask you what happened out there, but I can assume from the way the everything has been overwritten that the conclusion was...as grand as your aspirations."
Noah offered an assuring smile as he floated over toward her, his presence bringing a sudden and comforting warmth to the frozen air that seemed to push back the desolate chill of the region, and he leaned forward to press a gentle kiss against her forehead.
He could sense that she was partially bounded by the clinical and suffocating actions of Sororis Prima Elzyana, her internal architecture struggling against the bindings and the forced dormancy of her Civilization.
"Let’s get those bindings fully off of you first," he said softly, his authority rising to meet the golden pressure within her skin.
HUUM!
He waved his hand to summon a sea of multicolored Infinity that rose from the snowy ground like a vibrant and rising tide, wrapping Naldine and Midas in a protective and irresistible embrace before taking them away toward the hidden sanctuary of his own making where the rules of the Gilded held no sway!
He took them towards THE Infiniverse!
---
In a different area on that vast mountain in THE Wyld where the ruins of the temple remained as silent witnesses to the afternoon’s carnage, Noah, Emotive, and Anaximander remained beneath a sky that was now fully claimed by the invisible brilliance of infinity- one that would seem like any of the common seas of endless potential permeating in potent regions of Observable Existence!
Noah observed the image of THE Living Emotive as she floated in the air while boundless Infinity surged around her existence, her figure dancing manically within the shifting currents of a transformation that had been forced upon her by the sheer weight of her own sacrifice.
While all of this occurred, and while the atmosphere continued to hum with the resonance of his Nearu Absolute state, he walked over toward Anaximander, who rose up from the pale stone and appeared to be exactly the same as always even though he should have been bound by the clinical and suffocating bindings that Sororis Prima Elzyana had distributed across every reach of the Observable.
Noah looked at the scholarly figure for a long and patient moment, his eyes reflecting the sharp brilliance of a being who had just returned from the precipice of the Absolute.
"How are you holding up, big guy?"
Anaximander looked up toward the empty skies where THE Creature had departed, his expression carrying a mixture of scholarly detachment and a deep, private sorrow that he did not attempt to mask.
"I considered myself the oldest friend of THE Creature, or perhaps I should say that I considered him my oldest friend, for we have walked the paths of the unknown for longer than most civilizations have existed. He has left right now for what may be the longest or perhaps the last time, and while I talked with him time and time again on what the future would look like after he had finally accomplished what he wanted, he was always staunch on his ideals regarding the necessity of standing against those whom one cannot go against."
HUUM!
"He is gone now, facing adversity and challenges that no existence should ever have to face alone, and yet this was the path he chose with his own hands, and so now...I will choose my own path to follow."
...!
