At the very same moment-Sector 100-Planet Orgenus.

Peon pushed open the familiar door and stormed inside without hesitation.

"What happened?" His face was etched with shock and disbelief, his breathing uneven, the pounding of his heart clearly audible in his chest. "Did you really order everyone to attack the Millennial Seven Thrones Empire wherever they're found? Do you even understand what that decision means?!"

After taking only a few hurried steps forward, Peon's pace slowed... then came to a complete halt.

The Marshal's chamber was never empty-ever. Yet it had never been this overwhelmingly crowded.

Hundreds of figures filled the room: government officials, high-ranking generals, supply-chain commanders, logistics overseers, and other individuals of immense authority within the empire. At this very moment, they surrounded Caesar from every side, voices overlapping as each of them shouted a different question, a different concern, a different fear.

"Marshal, do you truly intend to wage war against a millennial empire?!"

"What preparations have you made? Is there information you possess that the rest of us don't?"

"Are you planning to allocate the entire army to confront the Millennial Seven Thrones Empire? Then what about all the Category-R planets where battles are still ongoing?!"

"Marshal!!"

Peon even spotted several Nexus States among them-Wing Lords, rulers of entire power blocs-speaking simultaneously, openly objecting to entering a war against a millennial empire in such a blunt and unmistakable manner.

"I'm prepared for war myself, but my empire-no, my wing-is not!"

"What happens if we suffer a sudden counterattack?"

"Marshal, please tell me you have a concrete plan to send reinforcements if things go wrong!!"

And in the midst of all this chaos-

Caesar sat in his usual position, his body present and unmoving, yet it was as though his soul was elsewhere. He ignored every voice, every question, every accusation, his gaze fixed on the distant horizon beyond the window. His eyes were still, lifeless, never once shifting toward anyone in the chamber-like a corpse seated upon a throne.

If not for the steady, audible rhythm of his heartbeat, everyone would have believed he was dead. And if not for his eyelids blinking every so often, they might have thought he had already crossed over to the Soul Society.

As things stood now, a troubling belief had begun to take hold among the gathered elites: the Marshal had issued the orders first... then been seized by panic, left uncertain and directionless. That assumption only heightened their anxiety and caused the flood of questions to grow even louder.

"Enough. That's enough."

Peon clapped his hands together sharply, the sound echoing through the chamber. "It's obvious the Marshal is deeply occupied with strategic calculations right now. This barrage of questions is neither helpful nor appropriate." He strode confidently into the center of the room. "Wait outside. I'll speak with him personally and return with a definitive answer!"

""

The crowd exchanged uneasy glances-first at Peon, then at the Marshal, who continued to ignore them entirely. Finally, one by one, they bowed slightly toward Peon, releasing long, weary sighs.

"We'll place our trust in you, Your Highness."

Peon waited until the chamber was completely empty. Only then did he approach and sit across from Caesar's lavish desk. He remained silent for several long minutes, as if giving his brother time to fully detach from the storm of voices that had just left the room. Once he was certain the noise had truly faded, he finally spoke:

"This decision didn't come out of nowhere."

His voice was calm, but firm.

"What did Father say to you... to trigger a reaction like this?"

Caesar stayed silent for a few more seconds, his gaze still distant, before finally parting his lips.

"You know," he said slowly, "that I asked him for twenty billion pearls-to acquire massive arrays from across the universe. Ancient arrays, the same kind used during the war against the Abyss of Doom... arrays capable of preventing beings at the Law Domination Realm beings from destroying our most critical planets."

"I know. We've already finalized agreements with several ancient entities to send us the arrays immediately, without delay. All that remains now is the funding." Peon nodded slowly. Without those arrays, a war against a millennial empire would be nothing short of reckless-their emperor could simply appear in person and annihilate Planet Orgenus in a single decisive move. "So what's new then? Did Father send the twenty billion and then reprimand you? Is that why you look so troubled?"

Caesar continued staring at the distant horizon for a long while, his gaze

unmoving.

"...He sent forty."

"...?" Peon's eyebrows drew tightly together. "Forty? Forty what?" Then his eyes flew wide open. "Wait-forty billion Pearls? You asked for twenty and he doubled it?!" He burst into laughter. "Hahaha! You were genuinely worried he wouldn't send a single Pearls at all!"

Peon rose to his feet, excitement and confidence flooding his expression. "That's outstanding news! If you'd said this out loud to that clamoring mob surrounding you carlier, every single one of their doubts would've evaporated instantly. Twenty billion Pearls was already a heavily padded estimate-we could've comfortably funded the war against the Millennial Seven Thrones Empire and continued our expansion across the remaining Category-R planets at the same time!"

He continued, enthusiasm growing, "So what do we even do with the other twenty? The number of possibilities is practically limitless!!"

Then he paused mid-sentence and stared at Caesar in clear confusion. "...But why do you still look stunned and distracted? Why aren't you celebrating?"

"...It's because of what he wrote in the message." Caesar finally shifted, lifting a hand to rub the space between his eyes in exhaustion. "He said it word for word: Subdue whoever needs to be subdued-quickly. Expand without hesitation. Keep the army at peak readiness. Do not allow casualties to pile up on our side, because within the next two centuries, things will ignite."

"..." Peon slowly sat back down. "A full-scale war against a millennial empire doesn't qualify as ignition' in his eyes?"

"That's exactly my point!" Caesar struck his thigh in frustration. "The promotion of Nihari isn't happening here it's in Mid Sector 99-it's scheduled for three hundred and fifty years from now, not two hundred! So why is he pushing this many resources into conquering Mid Sector 100? I was fully expecting him to scold me and cut off all assistance due to the ongoing situation in Mid Sector

99!"

He turned toward Peon, disbelief clear on his face. "And where did all this money even come from so suddenly? He left me waiting for months, then out of nowhere sends forty billion? Forty?! If we offered twenty billion to the Millennial even Thrones Empire, they might've agreed to become our vassals

outright!"

"...I don't know the deeper details," Peon said calmly, locking eyes with Caesar. "But I do know one thing-we've received direct orders."

"I know!" Caesar waved his hand dismissively and returned his gaze to the horizon. "Go back to the special forces. Prepare them thoroughly and stay stationed near the space gate. In the coming period, we'll be making daily jumps between the planets of the Millennial Seven Thrones Empire. We must erase them quickly and seize control of the Still Pulse Starfield in the near future- otherwise Father will assume I'm siphoning off these funds." He muttered under his breath, "I just hope Emily provides us with everything we'll need."

Bam

The door burst open violently at that moment, and a panicked woman rushed

in, breathless. "Marshal! Deputy Marshal!!"

"Hm? You're the procurement officer from the Soul Society, if I recall correctly?" Caesar frowned deeply. "What's the meaning of this interruption? Why are you barging into my meeting with my brother?"

"Y-Your Highnesses, did either of you attend the special event in the Soul Society just moments ago? The one announcing the reason behind the shop's sudden shutdown?" The woman spoke in broken sentences, fear evident in her voice. "Lord Human has done something huge this time-something truly

enormous!!"
