Chapter 2462: Chapter 2463: Obtaining Intelligence

Angel’s eyes narrowed slightly, his gaze not lingering on other things, still keenly fixed on the mysterious fruit in the distance.

The Observer intended to ask Angel about it, but Angel was still deeply immersed; apparently, the chaotic birth had a significant impact on Angel, this was his unique opportunity. The Observer couldn’t disrupt Angel’s opportunity, so he could only suppress his doubts.

However, when Polo Ye approached, the Observer felt restless.

He could see Polo Ye’s intention, but under current circumstances, it was beyond his decision. The main force weakening the attraction was Angel; truly accepting Polo Ye required Angel’s consent. Yet Angel had not awakened, and the Observer could not make decisions for him.

The Observer sighed, thinking it might be better to refuse Polo Ye after all.

Breaking the oath is what it is; he wondered if there might be other ways to compensate.

The Observer had made a decision, but unexpected circumstances halted his action—

The green patterned Domain Field suddenly began to extend.

Initially, the green patterned Domain Field only enveloped Angel and the Observer, but now its range began to grow, and the direction of its diffusion... was precisely toward the approaching Polo Ye.

"Are you agreeing to Polo Ye’s approach?" the Observer murmured softly, but received no response.

The Observer wasn’t sure if Angel was immersed or had awakened at this point.

Since there was no answer from Angel, he could only look back at the green patterned Domain Field.

The extension of the Domain Field was not unlimited; it stopped expanding after reaching a certain extent.

Having learned from earlier deaths, Diluni made a decision not to delay. Since she couldn’t open the Void Door, she resolved to self-destruct.

The soul tide still covered the Southern Domain’s sky; as long as she managed Astral Projection, she would have a chance to enter the Quest World.

Even existing in a soul form, she didn’t want to simply vanish.

Nevertheless, before Diluni could successfully self-destruct, Polo Ye’s tentacles pierced into her mind, stopping her actions.

To Polo Ye, Diluni’s self-destruction mattered not. What concerned him was her previous action—unable to open the Plane Corridor?

With no restriction from the attraction now, shouldn’t the Void Door be openable? Or was Diluni’s own power too weak to break through the twisted domain?

Polo Ye pondered momentarily, deciding to test it himself.

Opening the Plane Corridor had many benefits, at the very least providing a continual retreat.
