Chapter 3129: Request for an Audience

After arranging the Beast Blood Tree, Angel turned his gaze to the two glass bottles.

One contained memory fragments, useless to him, so he handed it over to Glaipnir as per their agreement.

The other bottle contained Bloodline Essence, which was also of no use to Angel, but he thought to ask Dororo if there was any need for it. With this in mind, Angel tucked the Bloodline Essence into his bracelet.

Once everything was done, Angel walked into the Illusion Technique Hut.

While organizing the items outside, he had noticed Glaipnir’s gaze; she hadn’t entered the Crystal Origin of Dreams but had kept her eyes on him, as if she had something to say.

Sure enough, once Angel entered the room, Glaipnir spoke first, "There is something I need to ask your opinion on."

Angel nodded, signaling to Glaipnir to speak freely.

"It’s like this, today over a hundred people came to Rabbit Town..."

Charles Palace is an unusual place within the Daylight Mirror Domain because all its members were transformed from humans into mirror creatures through the Moss Stone Mirror.

The controllers of Charles Palace naturally are each generation’s kings of the Charles Royal Family in reality.

However, the success rate of transforming into mirror creatures via the Moss Stone Mirror is very low. Over many generations, only three kings from the Charles Royal Family achieved it.

These were Charles I, Charles II, and Charles XIII.

These three hold the reins of Charles Palace today.

Before yesterday, new residents coming to Rabbit Town were all nearing death in reality, trying their chance with the Moss Stone Mirror but failing, members of the Charles Royal Family.

But today, a big figure finally arrived in Rabbit Town: Charles XIII.

He was the first among the controllers to test the waters of the Crystal Origin of Dreams.

After entering the Crystal Origin of Dreams, through conversation with the new residents of Rabbit Town, he had already understood the current ecology of the new residents; later, he found Glaipnir and had a detailed conversation about the operational rules of the Crystal Origin of Dreams.

In his mind, this might be akin to those giant kingdoms, and such a "miniature garden" surely has a creator, hence his desire to meet the so-called creator.

Simply put, his understanding was still limited.

He regarded the Crystal Origin of Dreams as a "miniature garden," rather than a world.

Although Angel himself hadn’t considered the Crystal Origin of Dreams as a world, the underlying operational logic, along with the diverse authorities representing laws, were all features of a world’s nascent configuration.

If Charles XIII saw the Crystal Origin of Dreams as a "world," he might not have thought of a creator.

"What do you think I should decide, should I meet Charles XIII?" Angel didn’t immediately respond but looked at Glaipnir.

It seemed Glaipnir had anticipated Angel’s counter-question and, without hesitation, said directly: "My suggestion is... not to meet as the creator."

"The creator, when not revealing themselves, is just an unattainable symbol. But once they appear, they might be pulled down from the altar, becoming a target of covetousness."

"Charles XIII and I are old friends, although I know he likely wouldn’t covet the position of creator, he’s not someone who can keep a secret, and your identity might be spread around."

"Unless you have a very noble status within the Mirror Domain, or one day, your strength is enough to overwhelm all visitors of the Crystal Origin of Dreams. Otherwise, I don’t recommend showing yourself as the creator."

Listening to Glaipnir’s words, Angel, in a daze, seemed to see Sanders’ shadow.

When Luigi said this, he was both sighing and showing a trace of regret.

Angel: "As long as it can be used, no matter who found it, what’s there to regret?"

"—Ask Glaipnir to plead on my behalf."

Two thousand years ago, after the mirror dragon cub was attacked and killed, the Hundred-Dragon Divine Kingdom invited Glaipnir to divine the life and death of the mirror dragon cub.

Therefore, if Glaipnir helps plead, the Hundred-Dragon Divine Kingdom would still give face.

Using a favor just for this challenge is what Luigi is conflicted about.

Because the appearance of the Dreamseeing State indicated the unusual nature of the Uriel Dungeon. Clearing this kind of fairyland instance, which links with reality, would greatly help in analyzing Fairyland Authority.

However, it’s not Angel challenging the Uriel Dungeon, but Luigi.
