Chapter 3702: Dangerous Considerations

From the North-West, the tekvores and the tekvores charged towards the Panama Continent, intercepted by prepared warships that had emptied out their occupancy to accommodate the many beasts and tekvores. From the North of Acherialis, the tekvores and the sentinels charged towards the Kandrian Empire.

Two new armies with powerful combat assets rapidly moved towards a single location as fast as they possibly could, while the Panamic Alliance had entered a state of maximal emergency.

"Sir." One of the subordinates of the Prime Minister broke him out of his reverie as he sat at his table, gazing at the map with a grave expression. "We need orders! What do we do?!"

Prime Minister Edward heaved a deep breath, shaking his head.

"The Kandrian Empire will become a battlefield soon. Evacuate its citizens as far away from the East Coast as possible in coordination with the government and the Martial Union. The Emperor of Harmony has already built many shelters on the western side of the nation for an emergency such as this. Have all of them head to the western side. Have the Elder Tree send as many Sage-level beasts from the core of the continent to the western side via the world bridge, and mobilize all off-shift Martial Artists. We can try to minimize the damage to the nation as much as possible, but..."

His words were ominous.

The air tingled with peril.

"...The Kandrian Empire will suffer a great blow."

His words were not empty.

An electric silence hung in the air for just a moment as his subordinates immediately got to executing his orders, as the Prime Minister continued analyzing the strategic outlook of the circumstances they were in.

The act of bringing over Sage-level beasts to East Panama to serve as some sort of border guard force was a plan of pure desperation. Sage-level beasts did not have control over their power like Martial Artists; they would undoubtedly cause much damage and destruction to spread. Bringing over off-shift Martial Artists was also a temporary measure. After all, if off-shift Martial Artists were pulled into the war, it would temporarily boost their numbers, but it would lead to a larger number of Martial Artists who were incapacitated.

Even with the manifold, they would not be able to make it in time for the second round. The Kandrian Empire would have to fight for half an hour, even in the best-case scenario, with sharp deprivation in Martial Artists of the Upper Realm.

Lord Vakratunda had undoubtedly at least temporarily withdrawn from battle with his traumatized therianthropes; it was too much to ask him to attack Greater Tekvoria when NOVA had mastered the secret of dominating the therianthropes with the Authority of Alpha weaponized.

The elves could try to do their best to intervene, but the forces were coming from the north of the world, while Genora was at the very other end in the south. The distance was astronomical, which meant that the size of whatever wormhole they could open was going to be very small.

Too small a throughput for even the most powerful Mother in Nature to possibly deploy all of her power. Considering that NOVA had a top-ten powerhouse under her control, she couldn’t possibly be defeated by such weakened measures.

At most, the elves could stall NOVA’s approaching reinforcements, giving the Panamic Alliance more time to deal with the issue. But until they found a fundamental solution to dealing with the problem of a large therianthrope army and the sentinel army led by Sentinel Prime, they had no hope of solving the problem.

One thing that stood out was the absence of the Emperor of Harmony. He had undoubtedly been apprised of the dire situation. The fact that he had yet to try and intervene showed that he was likely desperately trying to fix this situation by winning over a new ally with extraordinary concessions to send over emergency reinforcements to the Kandrian Empire or mount a serious invasion into Acherialis, the weakness of the tekvores.

The prime minister considered pushing further and touching on dangerous topics.

"We could threaten teleported weapons of mass destruction."

Even as he contemplated it, there were extremely well-hidden submarines around the entirety of the Great Nam Ocean whose sole task was to teleport titanically destructive weapons of mass destruction charged with powerful quasi-Transcendent-level esoterics on all nations and continents in the entire true world if the Panama Continent was ever destroyed by such teleported weapons of mass destruction.

It was almost impossible to tell which power in the world was responsible for a teleported weapon of mass destruction because of the high energy signatures of the explosion, which obscured any signal that could be used to track the perpetrator.

Thus, they were to destroy the entire world if the Panama Continent were destroyed. Of course, they could also be commanded to target a particular enemy.

The Panamic Alliance had even publicized this to an extent, to deter other parties from doing so.

And so had all other forces in the true world.

Any nation that dared to teleport weapons of mass destruction would instantly cause a chain reaction that would destroy the entirety of all life and perhaps the entire planet.

Prime Minister Edward’s expression grew grave at the thought, and he put the matter aside. As dire as the situation of the Panama Continent had gotten, it was still incomparable to the destruction that this method would unleash. Unless NOVA intended to exterminate or enslave every homo martialus, they could not justify even hinting at this threat, for they would anger even their own allies.

Not even the destruction of the Kandrian Empire could justify such a threat.
