Coordinating and arranging for all of these guests was going to be a nightmare, even with additional personnel and Rui’s authority.
But Secretary Claris simply gazed at him with a deep stare, before ultimately acquiescing to his demand. "...Very well, Your Highness. I will see to it and ensure that it is done in accordance with your will. I hope whatever reason you have for demanding these difficult and extravagant arrangements is worth it, Your Highness."
The rest of the committee froze in alarm as she uttered those words without hesitation.
Yet again, Rui was unperturbed. "Trust me, it’s worth it. Having all of these people gathered physically in one location is necessary. It amplifies the impact of what I have gathered all of them for. I suspect that it may be the only way to quell the destructive storm that is brewing in our nation and our continent without crossing a line by actually using force."
The reality was that, in terms of absolute power, Rui already possessed enough to force all humans on the continent to bend to his will. If he wanted to, he could become an absolute tyrant within twenty-four hours.

He turned towards the committee with a serious expression. "I will be entrusting you with this important duty. You may wield my authority to execute what I ask of you, but no further. If I find out that there have been undue exercises of my authority..."

Their faces grew pale as some even grew dizzy from just the weight of the meaning of his words, falling down unconscious.
Rui huffed. "Get to work."
"Yes, Your Highness!"
He turned to Secretary Claris with a serious expression. "I will try my best to free up personnel from the Ministry of Domestic Affairs by taking over the duties and tasks that they have been assigned to. That should help you soon."
"Understood, Your Highness."
After inquiring about the location of the Minister of Domestic Affairs, he immediately teleported away from the Vargard Royal Palace to the Town of Brillix in South Kandria, arriving before a large governmental building complex.
The bright light and warmth of the afternoon sky harshly illuminated the entire city as he activated Phantomind Void to keep a low profile before identifying exactly where the Minister of Domestic Affairs was.

He teleported right into the office unnoticed, thanks to his stealth, as he watched the busy Minister go about his work.
His table was clattered with documents that kept piling up as assistants brought more and more files, which kept stacking up on his table. Other subordinates of his ministry in their workplace were equally busy, shouting over calls or furiously clicking and typing away at their computer terminals. Not a single person looked like they even had enough to breathe.
"—LIKE I SAID, YOUR HIGHNESS!" The Minister of Domestic Affairs roared. "I DON’T HAVE TIME TO TALK ABOUT THE MATTER OF ENDORSEMENTS! I HAVE A CRISIS TO FIX! GOODBYE!"

He slammed his communicator down, breathing in a labored manner as he recollected his composure.
The man was surprisingly young for a position as important as his. He looked to be about in his late twenties, at most, although that could easily be misleading due to longevity potions, though Rui sensed his youth in his mind as well.
He didn’t underestimate his ability because of his youth, however.
The Cabinet of Ministers was appointed by his father, meaning this man had managed to earn the respect and trust of his father above all others vying for the role, which was a very difficult feat.
"You seem busy, Minister Danes."
Rui’s ethereal voice almost caused the minister to jump out of his seat as Rui undid his stealth.
"Your Highness!" The man’s eyes widened with shock as he shot out of his seat and bowed deeply. "What are you doing here?! When did you even get here?!"
