The implementation of our economic stimuli, along with a successful control on inflation through food imports from Britannia, has quelled the crisis in the short and long term. The mass-adoption of high technology, esoteric or otherwise, along with the education and training programs have increased investor expectations for our manufacturing output and labor productivity. We have never been better economically than we are now."
"In addition, we have experienced a deflationary pressure on our imports of food and energy thanks to the successful implementation of Project SeaPhase," Princess Ranea remarked with a genuinely enthused expression. "The complete reconstruction and expansion of our ports and harbor, along with an increase in the number of shipyards and other maritime infrastructure, has led to a massive boost in the throughput of our seafare. Expectations of Kandrian trade have risen tremendously, and our maritime industry has bounced back to new all-time highs."
"Our domestic situation has also stabilized considerably, consumer sentiments have risen greatly and domestic demand is quite healthy, the previous trend of emigration has completely reversed and we now have a large influx of migrants who desperately wish to be a part of the new wave of prosperity which is clearly flushing through the nation," Minister Danes grinned with energy as he flipped through the documents in front of him. "One of the most significant developments that has occurred in the Kandrian Empire over the past eight months or so is the plummeting Martial crime rates. Normally, instability breeds crime, especially Martially-perpetrated crimes. However, ever since the new Martial Pacts and Covenants were signed between the Kandrian government and the Martial Union, our regime has been more strict on crime, discouraging Apprentices and Squires from throwing their weight around. And…"
His smile deepened. "…we have noticed a corresponding boost in happiness indexes and quality of life indexes. We have also noticed a boost in foreign infrastructural investment. We believe that the Kandrian Empire has the potential to become as sophisticated as the Esocline Federation."
In other words, the future of the Kandrian Empire was all but bright. The many months that had passed hadn't been easy, but the Kandrian Empire had managed to pull itself together, reconstruct, and develop to achieve a powerful positive trajectory.
"Our reputation overseas has risen as our negatron reserves increase, giving us an absolute stronghold over this critical resource," Princess Ru made her report with a pleased tone. "We have secured powerful trade agreements with our allies and have built many new bridges. We have formed a firm alliance with the dwarves and the giants, drastically increasing our soft power in the true world. Now, of the six other major civilizations in the true world, four of them have become firm allies, and two of them have earned our complete trust. That leaves our enemies as the Evolutionary Army and Greater Tekvoria, who are now increasingly geopolitically isolated. In the long run, it is projected that we will gain absolute leverage once the Race to the Stars fully commences."
"Additionally," she continued as a confident smile emerged on her face. "The number of Martial Sages has skyrocketed in the past eight months."
The ministers stirred at those words as their eyes lit up with enthusiasm. "The Sage breakthrough rate of the EoS 1.0 AI program is a whopping twenty-percent, according to our estimates," Princess Ru remarked, barely being able to contain her excitement. "We have gained six hundred new Martial Sages in the past eight months! Three hundred of whom are from the Kandrian Empire!"
It meant that one in five Martial Masters managed to break through to the Sage Realm under the new program, contrasting with the two-percent breakthrough rate that had occurred ever since the number of Martial Masters had ballooned relative to Sages.
A thundering round of applause emerged from the ministers as an electric sense of ecstasy hung in the air. The EoS AI software had been offered by the Psycher to the Panamic Alliance in order to help Martial Masters break through to the Sage Realm.
