She set them aside as her mind raced to analyze the situation that she was in as she studied the Martial Transcendent.He floated in outer space in a relaxed body posture, as if he wasn’t in the midst of a battle. His Martial attire floated about his body, waving gently, while his black hair also gently swayed in the vacuum of space.
His body was translucent, just as it was in the memories of the humans that she had browsed. The crest of the Kandrian Empire, the Water Sect, and the Gaian Alliance were embroidered on the chest of the fabric.
Her six eyes scanned his body as she inspected the information about his body.
He was unharmed.
They hadn’t been able to inflict even a speck of damage on him from the start of the battle.
’He’s strong. Way too strong. But more than that...’
Her six eyes sharpened.
’Are there really other emperors of water?’
She had initially made this deduction based on the fact that there had to be more than one, which she had inferred from the fact that somebody had painstakingly cleaned up all possible information in the Strehegeld Star System regarding what had happened.
It had been done so thoroughly that not even Administrators like herself were able to find any clue. That could only be done by another Administrator. However, the Administrator that fought o-o-o-o was undoubtedly non-existent, because the harvested light had shown that the power deactivated after o-o-o-o’s webverse ceased to exist.
By the laws that governed administrator power, that particular individual should have been gone. The emperor of water in front of her could not be the same one.
However, based on all the information that she had scanned from the memories of the human, there were any signs of multiple emperors of water.
There was only one Emperor of Water in the memories of the humans.
Now, this by itself was not necessarily proof that there was truly only one Emperor of Water. Administrators had many reasons to hide themselves. The number-one reason being that they could be eliminated out of reality quite easily if one knew exactly where they were and how much protection they had.
After all, all one had to do was attack them hard enough, and they would inevitably cease to exist.
It was the ultimate and most frustrating flaw of the Administration.
Thus, many Administrators simply retreated from society and kept their whereabouts and happenings a secret. It was also possible that they coordinated together to make it look like there was only one Emperor of Water named Rui Quarrier Silas Kandria.
Yet, when she studied the individual before her, she found him indistinguishable from the other instances that the Emperor of Water had appeared in public. The Martialverse that she was experiencing right now felt a lot like the Martialverse that she had seen in the memories of the human, and also from the forensic data that they had gathered from harvested light.
"...There aren’t truly any other Emperors of Water, are there?" Divine Mother slowly spoke in human tongue, staring at Rui with a serious expression. "If I am not mistaken, you are the Emperor of Water."
Rui smiled at her appreciatively. "The one and only."
Her six eyes widened at those words. "How... how is this possible? How can you still be alive? How can you still exist?"
"There’s more to heaven and earth than is dreamt of in your philosophy." He replied calmly. "What is not possible for you or any other Administrator is possible for me."
Divine Mother —oo-oo— stared at him with a stunned expression as she realized the sheer gravity of what he was telling her. He was telling her that he had overcome the greatest limitation on Administrators across the galaxy. The same limitation that drastically reduced their usefulness. The same limitation that she herself had ground against her entire life.
Just knowledge that this was possible was priceless.
A single thought flashed in her mind.
’I need to tell the others. They need to know that this is possible.’
In that moment, all thoughts of getting revenge for her fallen sisters disappeared. She simply turned in the direction of Arakai Web Civilization, using her webverse to create a web of communication between herself and her civilization.
Yet, before she could send a single message, a tsunami of water flooded against the web, completely destroying it in the blink of an eye.

Rui appeared before her, his fist surging towards her with a tremendously powerful attack.

A devastating collision ensued as Divine Mother —oo-oo— gritted her teeth, barely defending against his overwhelming attack. She needed to communicate what she had learned to her civilization, no matter what!
Yet, as long as Rui was around, she would never be able to communicate a message to her peers. And since he had essentially just revealed that he could avoid the price of the Transcendent Realm, it meant that he had no fear of going all out with his power for as long as the battle demanded.
If she wanted to communicate the truth back home, she would have to go all out to exploit an opening to do so.
’And that will create an opening for me.’ Rui’s ethereal eyes bore deep into hers, almost reading her mind directly.
He had purposefully revealed a strategically valuable truth, knowing that it would reduce the probability of her defeating him. After all, with all of her efforts focused on getting a message back home, he wouldn’t have to worry too much about defense. He could go all out with trying to kill her, while she would be distracted with the urge to convey to her sisters the shocking revelations she had learned.
Her six eyes flared with power. "So be it. You underestimate me if you think that I’m this easy to constrain!"
She pointed her hand at him before making a crushing gesture with her fingers.

The entire star system shook as the webs of gravity between Rui and the world around him increased by countless orders of magnitude. He became the epicenter of a well of gravity as the entire star system collapsed on him, threatening to crush him where he was.
