Chapter 4464: The Power of Creation

This chapter is updated by JustRead.pl

Rui’s eyes widened with surprise as nuclei that came in contact with the blade on its way down spontaneously split apart, causing a double-wave-like nuclear explosion to emerge on either side of the blade.

He exerted his Martialverse to wash away the impact before it could reach the elder sage.

WHOOSH!

"Incredible!" The elder sage grew as giddily excited as a child. "To think it is so sharp, no, this is beyond sharpness. This is something truly profound."

"You’re right," Rui remarked with a curious expression. "No amount of sharpness could cause something like that to happen."

There was a gap between non-bonded atoms and molecules, driven by the Pauli exclusion principle that prevented them from truly contacting each other. At the quantum level, a sword that was as sharp as only one atom at the edge would still have caused other atoms and molecules to bounce away.

So why did this sword literally cut through the nuclei of atoms?

The answer, Rui quickly discovered, lay in the information dimension.

"I see, the harmony that you have imparted to the blade is so great that it has affected the impact between the sword’s edge and other molecules to a significant degree," he realized. "When any atom or molecule comes into contact with the sword’s edge, it isn’t able to push back because the invintium molecules at the edge of the sword are bolstered by the state of quantum mechanical harmony that you have created. The force from the Pauli Exclusion Principle isn’t enough to push away the sword’s atoms, leading to contact with the nuclei of the atoms and molecules in the way."

And even though he swung with every little force, because of the state of quantum harmony, the impact was bolstered by every single molecule across the blade’s length, overwhelming the strong nuclear force that bound the nucleus.

"Thus causing nuclear fission to occur spontaneously," the dwarf murmured with a stunned expression.

"The only other time I have seen something like this happen was when I fought the Dragon Emperor," Rui remarked, recalling the battle that occurred nearly twenty years ago. "His claws could cause a similar effect, leaving trails of plasma and radioactive nuclei every time he swung them."

The fact that a product made from regular invintium, created in a minute, wielded with human force, could cause something similar was just utterly mind-boggling as far as Rui was concerned. It would completely change the horizon of high-end weaponry.

"...Senior Martial Sages and Corporeals are going to have to start wielding weapons if they don’t want to get left behind," Rui realized.

After all, they would benefit most from weapons fabricated from the elder sage. Rui couldn’t even imagine how much more powerful someone like Kane would become if he could wield daggers forged by Dwight.

"Truly impressive, truly impressed," Rui directed a proud smile at the elder sage.

"Thank you, Your Majesty. I am honored," Elder Sage Dwight said. His ecstasy was audible.

"But you should be capable of more."

Those words made the dwarf pause and frown. "Your Majesty,"

"Call me Rui, since we’re pathwalkers of the same Realm of power," Rui said. "But I mean what I say. The power of the Transcendent Realm is greater. You should be capable of more."

"...I have just become a Transcendent," the elder sage gazed at his hands. "I don’t quite know what I’m capable of."

"I get that; it took many years to figure out what I was capable of too, but I know for a fact that you should be capable of more," Rui replied with a knowing expression, turning back to the fabrication chamber. "This crafting tool, impressive as it is, should no longer be able to shackle you. A Transcendent is beyond such crutches."

The dwarf’s eyes widened. "...How can I craft without a tool?"

"I don’t know, but that’s for you to figure out," Rui replied. "All I know is that you aren’t making full use of the potential of the Creationverse."

"Creationverse..." the dwarf murmured, gazing at his hands. "Creation..."

He closed his eyes, bringing up the design of the sword that he had just created. The design itself was information that he used material tools to turn into reality, but the blueprint itself was pure information.

"What if I... craft this sword from the information itself?" The dwarf’s eyes widened. "After all, information is the source of all of reality, is it not?"

Without even waiting for input from Rui, he applied his Creationverse to the information dimension, but this time he didn’t merely apply his phenomenological uniformity to the information dimension as he had before.

This time, he applied his thoughts, the information within his mind, and the information of the design of the sword to the information dimension. He rearranged the qubits that formed the information of the information dimension to match that of his design.

He crafted the information of the sword in the information dimension.

And, as the laws of the information dimension dictated, information described reality. Always and everywhere.

VMMM!!!

Rui’s eyes widened as a sword spontaneously began emerging out of thin air in front of him. An artifact was suddenly being born in the air in front of him. Invintium formed out of thin air between the dwarf’s hands and rapidly began forming a sword.

The dwarf gently moved his hands along the length of the would-be sword, shaping invintium into the shape of a sword from thin air, crafting and fabricating a sword from nothing but pure thought.

It was over within a minute.

CLANG!

The sword fell to the ground when Dwight opened his eyes with a truly profound expression. "So this..."

He gazed at his hands with amazement.

"This is the power of the gods."

Rui was equally impressed. He picked up the newly created sword, comparing it to the one that the dwarf had created just prior. "...Identical. I can’t sense even the slightest deviation."

He turned towards the dwarf with an amazed expression.

"Did you borrow the invintium from your reserves?"

"No..." Dwight’s voice grew more certain and confident. "I crafted the element from information. I created energy and matter... out of thin air."
