Prothanite was a form of matter that was composed entire protons. It was an artificial form of matter that couldn’t exist in nature for obvious reasons, but had become possible because of the profound mastery over all webs that the Arakai Web Civilization had. It was one of the most indestructible forms of matter to have ever been created in the Orion Star Strand, so she was hardly surprised that a lesser civilization couldn’t so much as even scratch it.
Prothanite was made with Gluonic Web Technology, a profound high-technology proprietary to the arakai. It was based on the principle that the Strong Nuclear Force, carried by the gluon, was a form of web that could be strengthened or weakened. All of the four fundamental forces of the universe, as far as the arakai were concerned, were webs.
