Azaron turned to everyone and began to speak, "Since we just had a nice meal and some light talk, let’s end the day with a spar," he suggested.

Everyone arched an eyebrow, wondering where this was coming from, after all, Azaron wasn’t one to suggest a spar.

"Out of everyone here, basically only Malrik and Wuthenya have sparred against me," Azaron continued, "and that was when they were still little, before they even awakened. So, this is a rare opportunity. Everybody against me, all together," he stated, a calm smile appearing on his usual expressionless face as his clothes and hair danced in the night wind.

And indeed, Azaron’s words were true. Eight of his children had never sparred with him, while Wuthenya and Malrik had been able to spar with him as Lily was alive at the time.

"You all are free to go all out," Azaron continued as he knew his children would never decline, "and I won’t use Ender, Astra Energy, or any ability or skill," he stated in finality.

But the moment those words left his lips, and before anyone could even speak, Malrik was already on the move. He wasn’t a man to delay once the opportunity was given. He unsheathed Solaris mid-motion as he closed the distance, his body covered in golden-orange Solar Energy as he didn’t dare to underestimate the man standing before him. With a single swing, he slashed at his neck with wicked precision.

Azaron wasn’t bothered by his eldest son’s sudden attack. He didn’t even take a step forward or backward to dodge; he simply raised his right hand while his left hand remained behind his back. And with insulting ease and the finesse of a man who knew that the number of people alive who could match him could be counted on only one hand, he deflected Malrik’s attack to the side from Malrik’s wrist with the back of his own palm.

Before Malrik could recalibrate, Azaron linked a back-palm deflection and a palm attack into one as his hand snaked downwards and slammed into Malrik’s chest before he could even process what was happening.

The impact was devastating as, even with the Solar Energy covering him, Malrik still vomited blood before his body shot backwards like a kite caught in a storm.

’Fuck! How strong is this old man?’ he cursed in his mind as he tried to regain control over his body, but it was futile at the moment as the force of the attack was beyond him.

Wuthenya moved next as she capitalized on the moment that Malrik had created. Her body was covered in illusions as her Moon affinity granted her the ability to control them, and with the moon hanging high in the sky, she was faster, stronger, and more dangerous.

She appeared behind Azaron, her daggers closing in on the man’s nape. She aimed to kill as though he wasn’t her Father.

But alas, being faster, stronger, and more dangerous was relative, and when it came to Azaron, such things didn’t apply. As her daggers were about to connect, Azaron simply stepped sideways as though he possessed eyes on the back of his head.

Wuthenya’s attack missed by the slightest margin. Azaron simply looked at her as she staggered forward due to her attack missing. Without missing a beat, he unleashed an upward palm attack straight to her stomach, but with far less force than he had used against Malrik. If not, his first daughter would die.

The impact was devastating, compressed wind erupting outwards as Wuthenya folded forward like paper, then shot upward towards the sky as though she had been launched towards the moon she possessed an affinity for.

The mad twins closed the distance from the sides, one from the left and the other from the right, their soul-bound weapons blazing with pure heat.

Azaron smiled as though he was enjoying this after-meal exercise of his. He stretched out his two hands sideways and instantly stopped their attacks with one finger each. The moment he touched their weapons, their flames immediately enveloped him as they tried to burn him alive.

But how could flames from a mere Spark Voidstar Life Ranker hurt a Crownstar Life Ranker, let alone a man like Azaron? He simply clamped down on their weapons, then spun around and threw them both in opposite directions with insane force and momentum, their bodies tearing through trees, mountains, and the land, easily covering tens of kilometers in distance.

Apollo was next. He appeared in a blur as he tapped into one of his Soul Skills.

Soul Freeze.

It was an ability that froze the soul of whoever he used it on, and since people could hardly train their souls in Crymora due to how rare Soul-related methods were, the skill worked on almost everyone.

Azaron’s body froze for a moment, his eyes shifting towards Apollo. He didn’t move; he simply watched as the boy’s scythe connected with his shoulder. The moment Apollo’s attack landed, Apollo felt both of his hands break, their bones shattering.

His eyes widened in shock, but before he could even dwell on that shock, Azaron moved, his palm becoming a blur as he slapped Apollo’s cheek, his body shooting to the side like a cannonball.

Ezekiel arrived next, his staff slamming downwards from above with an immensely brutal swing as he performed an overhead strike. But Azaron simply stopped it with a single finger yet again, his hand clamping down on the staff as he pulled the boy forward.

As Ezekiel staggered forward, Azaron’s hand moved as he unleashed a palm attack, and before Ezekiel could shift into his water-body form, the attack connected. He coughed out saliva as he shot back towards the direction he came from as though he was being told to try again from the beginning.

The moment Azaron handled Ezekiel, he vanished from where he stood as a portal opened beneath his feet. The moment he was about to land, another portal opened at the exact spot, but Azaron simply smirked as he stepped onto the air itself as though it were solid and dodged yet again.

In less than a blink, he covered the distance between himself and Mary, who had been manipulating space. The moment he closed the distance, he gently knocked her on the head. The moment the knock landed, Mary felt an immeasurable force tear through her body and surge into the ground as it shattered and she sank into it, with only her head being visible, as though she were a mole.

Broomy... Olivia unleashed her bristles from her broom, but Azaron simply waved a hand and a shockwave blasted outwards, deflecting the attacks to the side.

He closed the distance instantly the moment he was done defending. Olivia increased Time for herself to dodge, but it was futile as no matter how much she increased time for herself, Azaron was simply faster.

He performed a martial chop on her shoulder, the impact buckling her to her knees as her body gave out, the earth underneath her turning into a ravine.

But Azaron was already gone as he arrived before Asher and Thalric could even move. His two hands stretched out, his thumbs holding back his index fingers as, before they could even realize that he had closed the distance, he flicked their foreheads with his index fingers simultaneously.

Both Asher, who was in his Star Form, and Thalric, who was cloaked in Astra Energy, were sent flying backwards, their bodies tearing through everything behind them as they both vomited blood.

Azaron stood with his hands clasped behind his back as he spoke.

"Don’t tell me this is all you all have," he stated with a taunting tone.

The Suns and Moons clicked their tongues as they unleashed various long-range attacks. But alas, it was all futile against The One Above All.
