Chapter 587 Comprehension.

This chapter is updated by NovelFree.ml

Yang Dao stood on his feet lost in comprehending the secrets of the sword’s intent. It has been seven days since he came to the abyssal edge but till now he had yet to cross the ten-meter threshold. His appearance was a little dusty but his breathing was shallow. Only the flickering lashes were indicating that he was alive.

The boy had entered a state of deeper meditation. In his world, only the sword intent existed. The child was calm, his world and thoughts were completely dedicated to the comprehension of the intent inside him and then to walking to the Abyssal Edge. He wanted to feel the strength residue left behind by the True Immortal.

As time passed, the image of what sword intent should be like became clearer and clearer. Dao Yin’s sword was tied to his waist, it was absorbing all the sword intent in the surrounding. At this moment, if someone was to set their gaze directly upon the blade, then they will be cut off in two. The purpose of absorption was not to grow sharp only, but also, to raise the spiritual intelligence.

A whole month passed but Yang Dao stood in one spot. Sun Eckhart had returned to the Sovereign sect, knowing that his disciple was not going to come out sooner. As the dao child comprehended sword intent, his body was circulating the spirit energy inside his soul sea. The Dao Child was now in the second stage of the nascent soul realm cultivation.

While Yang Dao was busy comprehending the sword intent, Dao Yin had been seeking to challenge all the geniuses in the demon realm. For the past month, she has done nothing but sought out challenges. The people who fought against her were nothing. Many times, she would miss Yang Dao a lot, as the boy was someone who could match her skills.

At this moment she stood in front of a group of young demons. All of them were claimed to be geniuses. One of them was the son of the demon king in the region. He asked, “If you lost, will you be my dao companion.”

His tone was haughty and everyone was aware of his lustful nature. Dao Yin was a child, just eleven years old, yet he did not hesitate. Dao Yin cast him a cold gaze and said, “You will die.”.ᴄᴏᴍ

Baracus stood at the said and shaking his head he said, “Begin.”

In the past challenges, Dao Yin had never taken out her sword as she found these people to be unworthy to be met with Yang Dao’s sword. However, today the actions of this young demon irritated her and she took out the sword from the get-go. The next moment, her body moved forward like a phantom.

The people watching this scene were in awe, the movement technique was so mysterious that they could not discern the secrets hidden inside. However, Dao Yin did not care about any of it and her blade flashed. The next moment, followed by a blood spray, the head of the young demon was taken off his shoulders.

Dao Yin said, “If any of you shares these same thoughts like he does, then speak now, liberation does not come easy.”

This little one was equal to Yang Dao in her realm of cultivation. She was on the second stage of the nascent soul realm. Her cold voice made the people shiver. The demons worshiped the strong and Dao Yin had just taken out the strongest of them all.

Baracus cast a gaze to the demon king, who said, “Hmmm, I will have to ask some other child of mine to work hard.”

Demon royals did not have any empathy for their own kin. Dao Yin fought for a couple of minutes before she knocked out all the young demons, and walked up to her master. She said, “Master, I would like to take a break from all this. These people are weak.”

The young demons were certainly having an existential crisis. Baracus nodded and with a wave of his hand, Dao Yin vanished with the old demon. They appeared in the red moon sect and heard a news from one of the elders of the sect, “City Of Zen is open.”

The old demon stood up from his chair as soon as he heard the statement. He asked, “What are you waiting for then, select disciples. Send them out.”

The elder nodded and asked, “Shall we send, Dao Yin?”

The old man hesitated but the girl spoke up, “I am going.”

“Why?” asked the old man.

Dao Yin replied, “Yang will be there. Did you not tell me that the City Of Zen selects people that could enter it on its own? Do you think, given his talents, he will not be able to get in?”

The old man nodded and said, “Very well, you can go, but do not be cold towards your demon kin for that boy?” ρꪖꪕᦔꪖꪕꪫꪣꫀꪶ

Dao Yin gazed in the old man’s eyes and said, “You cannot control me. I will kill everyone who dares to stop me from being with him.”

Baracus shivered and then he sighed, and said, “Dao Yin, that child is a human.”

“Yes, he is a human. A human stronger than the rest of the demons his age. He can match me completely, yet stay opposite of me. Do you understand it? I am telling you, do not erage me.” state Dao Yin in one breath.

Her words made the two old people around her frown but the girl did not budge. Finally Baracus had to give in. Not only did Dao Yin put in a good word for Yang Dao, as she again threatened the old man.

This happened and the preparations began.

Yang Dao had yet to open his eyes, however, the Immortal Sword Sect was bustling with movements. They did not know what to do in this situation. After all, Bai Hu and Xia Jian had recieved their invitation for the opening of City Of Zen. Yang Dao’s invitation has appeared inside the Soveriegn sect.

That done, the people in the Heavenly Dao Palace, were gazing in the water pail in front of them and Ryu asked, “Did notice?”

Feng Yun replied, “We have been watching everything, can you stay focused on the bigger picture here. Old man.”

Atsuji Kurogame sipped his tea and said, “Young Master will have to work his way around this one. I will not say anything, and do not think about me gifting him this on a platter.”

The rest of the people nodded and Athena asked, “What are they talking about, Senior?”

Kiya replied, “Yang Dao will have another trial.”

Athena was very curious, “What trial?”

Laohu Bai smiled and said, “To see whether he can come out of his comprehensive state or not before the invitation expires.”

Athena nodded and asked, “Can he come out, though?”

The people all replied in unison, “Who knows?”

Then they went back to sipping on their tea. The four people did not or you can say could not reveal any details about Yang Dao in front of these four girls.

Yang Dao was walking on a road, while swinging his sword in the void, sometimes he will be slow, sometimes he will be fast. This was him practicing his sword art in his mind space. Soon he began to incorporate the idea of his own sword intent into his martial arts. The attacks seemed to be giving off some weird feeling. It was as if you could almost touch them like they were something tangible, while they were not.

This continued and the boy eventually reached a point where his body in the real world had begun to sway slightly. Balor has been keeping his senses locked onto the boy and swiftly stopped doing the work at hand and left to see Yang Dao. He thought that the boy was weakened physically and thus he was about to faint.

If he fainted then the comprehension of his sword intent will stop and fail. This sort of opportunity will not come again. Just as the old man was about to reach, he sensed a terrifying intent in the air.

Yang Dao had his eyes closed but his body had started to move, his sword was like a scythe, tearing apart space and time. Yes, everywhere Yang Dao’s sword stroked, a space crack appeared in the void.

These cracks would repair quickly, however, Balor did not dare to get close to Yang Dao. the dao child was slowly moving forward, closer to the edge of the abyss. His feet did not stop, and neither did his hands.

After a few minutes, when the people reached the edge of the abyss, Yang Dao slashed his sword at the sky. What happened next made balor shocked. The sky above their heads was split into two parts. As far as they could see, the sky was split in two.
