With a roar, Blood Fire Devil King dislocated Su Yu's arm. Still holding onto the arm, Blood Fire Devil King dragged Su Yu over before slamming Su Yu into the ground. Then, he stomped down and broke Su Yu's other arm.

A crater was left on the ground despite the fact that the ground of the eighth level was supposed to be incomparably tough. This was the power of an Invincible. This was the power of time and laws. It didn't matter how strong one was if one had no way of landing one's hits.

Noticing that he was getting more and more irritated, Su Yu calmed his mind. He had experienced death many times before. He was experienced with death. He was not helpless here.

He had a way to deal with this. He pushed all his characters to their limits. He forced himself to be patient. He forced himself to be calm. With his calm character, he dulled the senses of his opponent. With the patience character, he calmed his mind.

With the tribulation character, he remained keen on all signs of danger. With the slow character, he slowed his opponent. With the blood character, he started absorbing the blood of his opponent.

He felt as though he had returned to the past, a time when he was weak. He became exceptionally calm and patient, even if his current strength was technically higher than his opponent's.

His eyes shone brightly as he waited. Finally, he threw a sudden punch out. Immediately after, he pulled the punch back and switched to an elbow strike.

His elbow struck a palm coming out of thin air and created a fountain of blood out of that palm. After taking several steps back, Blood Fire Devil King stepped out of thin air and looked at Su Yu with a complicated gaze.

Nobody wanted to die. But Su Yu was truly too freakish. He was no barbarian with nothing but brute strength. He was also a cultural researcher with countless trump cards. He was also terrifyingly patient and calm.

"You...are a monster."

Su Yu said nothing. Once again, the battle resumed. This time, Su Yu was the one taking the initiative to attack. He focused on the River of Time floating beside Blood Fire Devil King. That was the source of the power of laws he was using.

Blood Fire Devil King smiled bitterly, but he did not stop struggling. With a roar, he ignited his blood. His body started dissipating away as he formed a fist with everything he had. Combined with the power of time, he met Su Yu's fist with a fist.

A powerful explosion erupted, and numerous shockwaves spread out. Lan Tian, who had just stepped into the residence after breaking through the formation, was blasted right into the gate. As he slowly slid down the door, he cursed at Su Yu.
