Su Yu understood Liu Wenyan's thoughts. Even after fifty years, he was still unwilling to give up on returning the multiple character faction to its past glory. In a way, this was his obsession.

Stepping into the hall once again, Su Yu looked around. Instantly, the others lowered their heads to avoid his gaze. He sneered.

He had his answer.

Six families were still against establishing a new holy land. He knew who the culprits were behind Zhang He's complaint. Su Yu couldn't be bothered to say much. He ignored the prefects and stepped to the front of the hall and sat down in the middle seat of honor.

While overlooking the people below, he cupped his fists at Great Han King in greeting, but he ignored Great Yuan King.

The two said nothing.

Silence descended.

Xia Longwu and the others looked at Su Yu in shock. They had been doubtful about whether Su Yu would hide the truth, but they had not expected him to admit to it so easily.

Someone hurriedly said, "Mayor Su, such words shouldn't be spoken lightly..."

Su Yu said, "I'm simply being straightforward. I killed him."

"Mayor Su, are you trying to become the leader of the holy land as the killer of a general's descendant? Do you think you're qualified for this position?"

Someone among the crowd shouted angrily.

Su Yu sneered with disdain.

The Great Jin prefect inhaled deeply and said, "But they are humans. Not enemy races."

Su Yu looked at the prefect and said, "I believe there are treasures in Great Jin King's ancestral tomb. I intend to dig the tomb out in search of these treasures. Do you object, GreatJin? Su Yu smiled and asked, "What about Great Jin?"

"We kill."

Someone answered.

Silence descended.

Great Han King exhaled and said, "You heard him. This matter...ends here. As for the son of General Zhang He"

Su Yu cut him off, "No, since they wish to talk about this issue, those who had intruded upon my house back then should step forth and give me an explanation.
