Chapter 1962: Dao Painting (3)

For Su Yu, this painting was merely convenient to have around. After all, he had the Heaven Gate to show him the true nature of the myriad daos. But the painting was invaluable for everyone else. In fact, it was valuable enough to drive even Masters of Laws crazy. It contained Human Emperor's understanding of the myriad daos.

That was perhaps the third person to have ever created a world. The insight of such a person was invaluable. But just as Su Yu was about to take the painting down, he blanked out. His outstretched hand stopped moving.

An odd expression appeared on his face. Suddenly, he drew the little stone out. The stone was glowing faintly.

With a chuckle, Su Yu said, "I thought this painting here could be freely taken away since it was left on the wall, but no. There is a test."

Everyone was rendered speechless. It could be freely taken away just because it was left on the wall? What logic was that? In fact, they had been thinking of warning Su Yu about the danger of reaching out for it. However, it seemed as though Su Yu had discovered something without their warning.

The little stone in his hand continued glowing.

Su Yu looked back at Great Zhou King.

With a smile, he asked, "What's that?"

With an awkward expression, Great Zhou King answered while keeping his head lowered, "Zhou Tian. That was my original name. Zhou Tianfu, Zhou Tianhuo, Zhou Tiandao, Zhou Tianming, Zhou Tianwen, Zhou Tianwu, Zhou Tiansheng, and Zhou Tianqi are all my aliases."

That caught everyone's attention.

Their jaws dropped.

After a long while, Cloud Fire Marquis muttered, "I think I knew someone called Zhou Tianwen..."

Great Zhou King said, "That was me."

Cloud Fire Marquis's jaw dropped even lower. Holy shit!

"Just...how many identities have you stolen?"

Great Zhou King answered, "I have never stolen anyone's identity. All those people are me. I am different from Lan Tian. He loves pretending to be others. I don't. I merely have multiple identities to avoid drawing too much attention on myself."

He had never stolen any identity.

He was not Lan Tian.

Lan Tian, in the form of a little girl, was eating a lollipop while staring at Great Zhou King curiously. After a while, she asked, "Why are you kneeling down?"

"To see the token is to see the emperor." Looking at the seal in Su Yu's hand, Great Zhou King said, "I did suspect this previously, but I couldn't be sure until now. That was the human lord's token of his imperial majesty."

He looked up at Su Yu and explained, "I saw the Human Emperor's Seal before. It looked different. "Now, you are the most qualified person to lead humanity. You can opt to inherit the ancient past. You can opt to start anew. Nobody is qualified to protest."

Hearing that, the expressions of Stable Army Marquis and the others changed.

A token of Human Emperor.

This was...unbelievable.

The long-missing token had actually appeared.
