Chapter 1933: Remember My Name (3)

This chapter is updated by JustRead.pl

The Primordial of Victorious Genesis still did not claim a name because he knew he coud not yet defeat Rowan, and an ongoing joke among the Primordials was that he would remain nameless forever, but the concept he embodied was one where in the end, his genesis would emerge when he was victorious, and he told every Primordial that with his concept, it was only a matter of time until he reached his goals.

Rowan was counting on his victory because he did not know the full potential of the New Primordials, and like him, perhaps their only limit was those that were imposed on themselves, and a concept like this may not have much combat power in the present, but the possibility of growth was astonishing.

His peak would only be his beginning, and Rowan knew that such a concept could only apply to a Primordial like this. "But first," Rowan had told him, "Defeat the man from whose soul you were born, defeat Telmus, and then come to me for that battle."

This was the first of the Elythrii to reach the heights of Primordials, but it would not be the last.

The next Primordial to arise did not surprise Rowan, who had anticipated his rise even before those of Victorious Genesis and Endless Kindling, and this was Thenos, the Primordial of Hollow Victories.

With Thenos’s impressive talent and the help of his Singularity, he should have been the second Primordial to be born, but the karma he held with the path of the Ancient Primordials were great and purging himslef of them was a terrible sacrifice that nearly shattered his Singularity beyond repair, and in fact it did, and if not for the help of Eos who gathered every piece of it and reforged a new World Stele, Thenos would have perished on his ascent to the ninth dimension.

It was in this state, broken and defeated, that he seized the concept of Hollow Victories, and while he might never be as terrifying as Telmus or Victorious Genesis in battle, there was no terrifying assassin than him.

Previously, it was difficult for a Primordial to kill another Primordial, but that was using the Ancient Primordial system when the Primordials embodied the concepts of existence itself, which, in its basic state, sought balance above all else.

The New Primordials could easily kill the Ancient Primordials when they were on the same level, not because they were superior to the Ancient system, but because they had tools available to them that existence could not comprehend.

Before the Primordial of Hollow Victories were born, this concept had no avatar, and so against Ancient Primordials, they could easily be dealt with. This concept extended to the New Primordials; they could easily kill an Ancient Primordial, but they could not easily defeat themselves at the same baseline of power.

However, the concept of Hollow Victory that Thenos embodied could pierce trtough those defenses in a very sneaky manner that could hardly be perceived or defended against, and Rowan would bet that with enough time and preparation, given the right conditions, the Primordial of Hollow Victories could kill any of the New primordials, including Telmus, and he sometimes worried that the first Primordial Assassin to be born was Thenos.

The sixth primordial to be born shocked everyone except Rowan, who had long expected that she would be taking center stage soon, despite her quiet nature and her willingness to accommodate everyone and everything.

Sheba, known to all as the Castle of Algorth, became the Primordial of Unbroken Horizon, and Rowan could remember her surprise when it came time for her to ascend as a Primordial.

She had great talents and her fortitude over the years were noteworthy, and there were few in existence that possessed her steadiness, and Rowan knew that although she was not the strongest Primordial now, the possibility that she would become much powerful in the future was there, even if she would not crave that power and only pursue her desire, which was to become a home for all existence.

Sheba had spent so long catering to the needs of others that once she had given you access to one of her endless wings inside her castle, then it would not matter how far away you are in Limbo; she controlled the concept of a horizon that was unbroken, and opening any door would lead you to her.

With Sheba, no New Primordial would ever be lost again in the darkness when they knew that home was only one door away. One day, if she explored her concept to the limit, Rowan believed that her horizon would extend even beyond Limbo.

Every Primordial suffered and persevered before reaching their position, but none of them placed as much passion and endless drive as the seventh Primordial that came to be born.

She was among the Elythrii and became one of the first to remember her past life, but she woke up to find the man she ached for the most was gone, and to get him back, she would have to become powerful enough.

Mira, the Daughter of Fire, was a powerful and talented magus who fell before her star could rise. Her lover, Andar Erikson, who was arguably the most talented magus to ever be born, had held her body beside him because he had dreamed of resurrecting her, but the years passed, and Andar also fell without his vision being able to come to fruition.

When Rowan gained access to all of Eosah’s Reality, he had resurrected every soul that had ever lived, giving them the chance to experience life again without the shade of the Primordials hanging over their heads. He had searched for every trace of those that were precious to him among all the souls of his origin he could find and they could not be found.

It was as he suspected, Primordial Soul still held the souls of those he loved with her, and she had explicitly warned him about this before she and her siblings left to battle Death. It had been a warning to Rowan that they held his heart in their hands.

However, among these souls was one that his child had cultivated to resurrect over the course of his life. Of course, Andar had grown over the years, and there were hints of romance rising between him and Staff, but his promise took center stage, and he did not pursue any other woman until he brought back the one he had lost back to life.

He had fallen, and Rowan had been the one to fulfill the dreams of his son, and he made her one of the Elythrii, stripping her of the bond she had with her magus blood. Mira did not spend long in mourning, and Rowan could see why Andar would have fallen for her, as she began dedicating herself to cultivation when she discovered that there was a possibility that the soul of Andar was with Primordial Soul.

What held her back in the past was her talent, but as an Elythrii, she had a seed of potential that no one in Eosah’s Reality could boast of, and she dedicated herself in a shocking manner to ascend to the throne of Primordials even while knowing that becoming a Primordial was just the beginning of her journey.

Thus, the Primordial of Blazing Benediction was born.
