If you designed it around children or people who werent good at puzzles, adults and experienced puzzle-solvers would find it too easy. But if you made it too difficult, there would be plenty of people who couldnt clear it.
Taking that into account, this was probably their way of adjusting the difficulty. Thinking that, I looked at the challenge written on each door One was the same missing puzzle piece challenge as before, except this time there were four missing pieces to find.

Cornelia-san was in much the same situation as I was. She seemed convinced the bark had come from one of the windows on our right, but she couldnt narrow it down to a specific one.

I think this is one of those cases where the difference in raw ability really shows. Fate-san and Lillywood-san seemed to have no trouble distinguishing the sounds on the first try, answering without hesitation.
Since Cornelia-san and I had both narrowed it down to somewhere between numbers 4 and 7, we walked over to the door and pressed the button marked 6 and the door opened, allowing us to proceed to the next room.
The room beyond had this time, three doors.

If that was the case, then the path ahead would probably contain challenges that couldnt be solved without using magic.
