When an existence fundamentally redefines its own nature, the physical vessel is the last thing to catch up.
The golden blue clouds of raw, conceptual authority billowing from Noah grew infinitely dense. The regal, blood-soaked rags of his crimson gold robes simply burned away into nothingness!
He did not manifest new clothing or armor. He stood in the ruined center of THE Serenaros as a muscular, flawless humanoid figure forged entirely of stellar blue-gold light.
He was technically naked, yet he was clothed entirely in the unbearable brilliance of his own generated Trueness.
Hazy blue-gold clouds wrapped around his limbs and flooded the surrounding air. To the perception of the physical existence, he began to blur. He was becoming imperceivable to the surrounding existence, slipping into a depth of reality that was authored entirely by his own mind!
Descartes stood at the edge of the ruined blood-sea. The old philosopher watched the golden blue clouds expand, his unfathomable eyes analyzing the sheer conceptual weight of the phenomenon.
"It seems you have made a tremendous advancement," Descartes said quietly. "And found a way."
Noah looked at his own glowing hands.
He found a way?
The phrase felt unbearably small. He had found something so unfathomably grander that the established grammar of even the Verses of Dimensionality he had put up himself could not even contain it.
He felt...fundamentally different. The way his neurons fired, the way his 200 Decillion Provenance Telos Quarks processed reality, and even the way the words left his lips had entirely changed.
When he spoke, he felt like his words were... detached, analytical, and heavily burdened by the sudden ability to observe far too many things.
"A way implies a path that was already there," Noah stated, his voice resonating with an eerie, echoing absolute that made the surviving space of the Dimension tremble. "I did not find a path. I simply...closed my eyes and began to dream."
HUUM!
Noah lowered his hands, looking through the golden blue clouds at the scattered ash of the executioner.
"What is a dream?" Noah asked, his tone entirely filled with a unique passion
"A Dream is a biological organism’s desperate attempt to rearrange a hostile reality. A human closes their eyes and constructs a localized simulation. They dream of warmth when they are freezing. They dream of survival when they are being hunted. They dream of prosperity when they have nothing."
He took a slow step forward, the stellar blue-gold light of his skin illuminating the ruined dark.
"But humans fail to achieve their dreams because existence is rigid. The physical continuum does not care about the electrical impulses of a fragile brain. The dream remains trapped inside the skull. The dreamer wakes, and the world is exactly as cruel as it was when they slept."
Noah turned his endlessly blue, glowing eyes toward Descartes.
"I am no longer trapped in a skull. I am THE Human Dreamer. My thoughts are backed by the weight of Quintessence. By the weight of my Provenance. When I close my eyes and construct a simulation, existence does not ignore me. It is forced to listen. It is forced to obey. And because I can exert this Provenance externally... I can do many more things."
WAA!
A blinding cascade of prompts rushed into his vision, detailing the exact nature of the authority he had just reasoned into existence!
Capability Unlocked: THE PRECEPT OF THE WAKING DREAM.
You may exert THE Provenance of THE Human Dreamer upon the physical continuum in real time.
By weaponizing your generated standing, you may bring forth what you Dream externally. You impose the localized simulation of your mind directly onto the canvas of reality. If the conceptual weight of your Dream exceeds the True standing of your surroundings, existence is forced to agree with the simulation.
At the absolute apex of this authority, if your vision is grand enough, you may potentially Dream your enemies dead. If their existence cannot argue with your Trueness, they will simply cease to be.
Noah read the details of THE PRECEPT OF THE WAKING DREAM with cold, analytical perfection.
He did not celebrate as he immediately put the authority to the test.
He looked at the empty space above the sea of his own blood.
"I am looking at THE Sundered Scion," Noah continued, his voice grand and devastatingly calm.
"It is dead. Its components are rotting primeval ash. But in my mind, the white threads of THE Argent Loom are weaving together. The wings are extending. The nine eyes are opening."
As he spoke, he focused the absolute weight of his newly identified Provenance on the empty air.
"Attributes are merely the foundation of the house. They are the stone. They are heavy, and they are real. But a stone does not build a house, and a stone does not execute a king. It requires motion. It requires a hand. Moirai. Mantles. Unique authorities. These are the hands that throw the stone. The Scion was heavier than me. Its basal authority was higher. Yet, it tore itself apart because its truth was fractured. If one holds a truly unique authority, they can ignore the stone entirely. They can make the impossible happen."
He raised his glowing blue-gold hand.
"Like this."
BOOM!
Shining in brilliant blue and gold waves, the space above the blood-sea violently distorted!
The abstract simulation in Noah’s mind was forcibly written over the physical reality of the Dimension! A colossal, winged, nine-eyed abomination materialized out of thin air. It looked exactly like the second transformation of THE Sundered Scion, but it was forged entirely from stellar blue-gold Provenance Essence.
It radiated the exact same horrific, oppressive aura as the original architect’s executioner. By all laws of existence and authority, this was a living nightmare. And Noah had simply dreamed it into being.
THE PRECEPT OF THE WAKING DREAM is active.
You have generated a localized simulation of an unreadable entity.
20 Provenance Essence is consumed and held in reserve to sustain the physical manifestation of this Dream.
Noah activated THE Protagonist’s Omniscient Regard and looked at the thing he had just dreamed.
THE Sundered Scion of Sovereign and Immense (Dream Construct)
VERITAS: 62
PROVENANCE: 0
POTENTIA: 65
PONDUS: 65
The attributes sat heavily in the sixties. The construct was numerically deeper and stronger than Noah himself. But Noah looked at the staggering numbers and felt absolutely nothing. His own power was no longer merely a collection of attributes. The fact that his identity could produce a dream of this magnitude made him so much grander than the numbers could ever express.
He analyzed the glowing blue-gold titan hovering obediently before him.
He knew its shape. He knew its weight. But he did not know the exact weavings of the unknown Provenance Causes it had used to heal itself during the battle.
Noah closed his eyes. He dreamed that he knew.
You are dreaming of variables you do not know.
10 Provenance Essence has been temporarily drained.
The authority of your Provenance is actively pulling knowledge from all facets of the continuum to fill the gaps in your simulation. The Records of existence are flowing into your Dream to make it true.
...!
Noah gasped softly.
He felt the sudden, crushing infusion of raw, ancient information pouring directly into his mind. The fundamental weavings of THE Cause of the Undying Cycle and THE Cause of Conceptual Eradication unspooled across his consciousness. Existence was literally handing him the secrets of the architects simply to ensure his dream remained accurate.
He sighed with a profound sense of marvel!
In the distance, THE Primordial Paradox and Erwin stared at the True Human Emperor as if they were looking at a completely foreign, alien entity!
The sheer absurdity of a being manifesting an executioner that was just killed out of thin air shattered their understanding of paradox entirely.
Even Descartes was silent. The old philosopher watched the blue-gold Scion beat its wings, his unreadable eyes perfectly still.
Noah opened his glowing eyes.
"Dreams can make many things possible," Noah murmured, his voice echoing across the shattered Dimension. "I am a human. I possess the capacity to imagine an ending."
He looked at the ruins of THE Serenaros, and then he looked up at the empty sky, his mind reaching far past the physical borders of the Train.
"Could I dream of a billion Descendants dying... and it happens?" Noah asked the quiet dark. "Could I dream of an Immense One dying... and existence simply agrees?"
HUUUM!
Noah asked the heavy question, and the unperceivable fabric of reality trembled in response.
He knew the answer. To force existence to agree to the death of an architect, his Provenance of THE Human Dreamer had to become unfathomably grander. He needed more weight. He needed more depth!
But for the first time since he had stepped into the heavy weavings of Dimensionality, the death of Those Who Remain was no longer a theoretical exercise. It was simply... a dream waiting to be had in time.
And everything would happen...in its own time.
