Before morning came, the people of Estonia City had already buried their dead, and the moment they saw Alec, many abandoned the thought of burning the goblin bodies. Instead, the various clans that had participated in the war gathered the corpses their own members had been responsible for killing and handed them over to the Gordons Clan,
hoping to get something out of it, just like during the auction. In truth, they didn’t even care if it wasn’t as rewarding as that, they simply wanted the Gordons to owe them one.
Since they could all tell that the Gordons Clan was on the rise, many of them now wanted to be allies rather than neutral bystanders, regardless of what their intentions were, Alec told his grandfather to accept everything, and none of it should be wasted.

After that, he explained to the old man how he would soon be leaving for the Origin World and everything that came with it. When George heard this, he was actually all smiles, which was very different from what Alec had been expecting.
But clearly, after learning that his grandson and his group would all be leaving the Five Kingdom Continent, they decided to gather and hold a send-off party for them instead.
Meanwhile, Alec ended up leaving behind a large number of pills and spirit equipment sets, he also left some cultivation pills for the clans that had supported them, and he made a promise to his grandfather that he would do everything in his power to contact them again as soon as possible.
He truly meant it, and that was because he still had a system mission asking him to become his clan’s Patriarch within a year, since he had received that mission two months ago, it meant he only had ten months left.
He even told his grandfather that if he did not return before the ninth month, then his name should be added to the family tree as the Patriarch.
Though the old man found what Alec was saying strange, however he still nodded and promised that he would go through with it, when he complained that Alec didn’t need to leave so many pills with them, especially after what he had left behind the last time, Alec only told him not to worry, saying he could acquire more himself.
Seeing that he was about to leave, with no idea when he would return again, Alec felt that the only thing he could truly do for his clan was to leave behind all the pills he had with him.
And from his conversation with the Patriarch, he already knew that the old man was no longer far from the Tier 8 realm, which meant the clan’s overall strength would rise once again, before leaving, Alec also wrote out the Tier 8 evolution paths for his grandfather’s three golems after using the system’s analyze skill, and he even handed over the rare resources he had purchased from the system store, these are the specific resources George would be needing to take the golems to the next stage.
The old man had been dying to ask Alec how he had managed to get his hands on such scarce and rare resources, not to mention how he had been able to create such a comprehensive upgrade path for his golems.
There were paths that could help all three of his golems evolve into Tier 8 golems, and there was even a chance that they might become Lord-rank golems just like Alec’s golems, which would grant them the ability to create ten lesser golems with the same body features as themselves.
Just by reading the manual his grandson had prepared for him, he began to feel that perhaps Alec had suffered a great deal to come up with such paths, and if Alec knew what his grandfather was thinking, he would actually agree with him.
Each of those comprehensive paths had cost about a million system points in order for the system to deduce their evolution path, and that wasn’t even counting the fact that he had still needed to pay for most of the resources that would be needed to push them to the next realm.
And that was how the system points he had been saving to help both himself and Brandon upgrade their spirit equipment sets went straight out the window, not that he regretted it, though.
He was quite happy that he could do something for his grandfather.

By afternoon, they had all said their goodbyes properly, while Alec had to endure hugging every single Gordons clan elder, with each of them having one complaint or another about him leaving.
But in the end, they all seemed to have made peace with the fact that he had to go, regardless of how they felt about it. Brandon had a lot to discuss with his father, who promised to let him know which clan his mother belonged to by the time he returned.
Meanwhile, Arthur and the Third Elder kept arguing until it was finally time to leave, and the old man ended up pulling his grandson into a tight bear hug, after that, he quietly placed a small space ring into Arthur’s palm and closed his hand over it.
Agnes’s father practically wailed over the fact that his daughter was leaving, while her elder sister simply hugged her goodbye, with all of that taken care of, they stepped into the Space Axis, which teleported them back to the Capital City.
The moment they arrived, they saw that the remaining members of their team were already waiting for them, not too far from the capital’s space axis, since it was close to the time the envoys had given and they would be departing soon, they decided that it would be better if they stayed closer to the teleportation stations.
Fortunately for them, they were not too late, nor had they missed their ride, as they quickly made their way toward the Grand Royal Arena, when they got there, they noticed that the other mages who had made the top hundred were already waiting as well.
Very soon, Old Man Alderic made his way over, at which point Alec casually placed a couple of pill bottles containing mental pills into his hand, catching the old man completely off guard.
“Why do you always have to belittle me? That wasn’t even the reason I came over here, I was just about to give you all a word of advice,” Old Man Alderic said, raising his chin as if he truly meant it.
“Oh, is that so? Then return them,” Alec said with a straight face, instantly Alderic’s body trembled in shock as he raised both his hands and legs comically, as if he had just seen a ghost.
“Hey! You know I’m just joking, right?” Old Man Alderic tried to laugh it off nervously, which Alec finally decided to let him off.
“All top hundred students, board the ship now!” the voice of one of the four envoys rang out, forcing everyone present to look toward the skies, where the new ship had magically appeared, floating in mid air.
“Beautiful,” many whispered, while others had already started flying toward the ship.
“I guess this is our cue to leave. Until we meet again, old man,” Alec said as he started flying toward the ship, with the rest of the War God team following behind him.
“When you get to the Origin Realm—no, whenever you are in a position to help yourselves, never hesitate to do so. Don’t forget that you are all students of the War God Academy, and we are placing a lot of hope on you all. Don’t let clan or anything else come between you,” Old Man Alderic used his mental powers to send one last message to his students before they all boarded.
Just before Alec boarded the ship, he turned toward Alderic’s location and nodded his head, which made the old man smile. The message might have sounded like it was for all of them, but it was mostly meant for Alec.
He was asking Alec to look after the other team members, even the ones who were not his clansmen; soon, every student had boarded, and three of the envoys threw forward a mid-sized space stone each.
After floating in the air for a while they slammed against each other in the middle before separating again however this time they created a rift in space which transformed into a massive purple-black space portal.
It was literally the biggest portal Alec had ever seen, and then the spaceship which was already floating in the air flew straight into it.
