It might be easy to operate, and it might even be possible to push the vessel beyond the limits that the creator had envisioned, but did that mean that the recipient would be able to build a spacecraft on their own? That was impossible, as it was far too complicated a process.

The green tree that grew in their bodies from the green motes of light was a finished spacecraft that they could use, but they could not create or even replicate it on their own.

The green lights were merely the raw material. No matter how much raw material they acquired, an ordinary person could never build a spacecraft.

Master Qing Cao said, If thats true, you shouldnt have forced me to go defend the Tianyuan. If we arrive too late to offer any sort of assistance and also fail to support the Nine Odysseys Megaverse, leading to the destruction of humanity, youll be the biggest culprit.

Lu Yin looked at the man with a grave expression. Master Qing Cao met his eyes with equal solemnity.

Lu Yin suddenly smiled. Its because Im selfish.

Master Qing Cao was rendered speechless. He silently turned to face the front of the green lotus leaf. He said nothing more.

As that happened, countless people throughout the Tianyuan looked up. What just happened?

Lu Yuan and the others stepped out from the Heavens Sects main hall, staring in shock at the sky. Whats going on?

None of them could determine the source of the deafening roar. Something was not right.

Go, summon City Lord Jiang, Lu Yuan ordered.

Hongyan Mavis immediately rushed off to the parallel universe that was home to Whitecloud City. Because that universe was not the Tianyuans main universe, the roar had not reached Whitecloud City.

A sense of unease spread throughout the Tianyuan Megaverse. Countless people used wireless jincans, trying to learn about the origin of the thunder.

Lu Yuans expression grew dark. Just what was that?

In the Mirari Realm, Wei Nu stared at the River of Aeons that had started to surge, and then she glanced in the direction of the forbidden region related to karma. She frowned, also suddenly feeling nervous. Where does this disturbance stem from? Could it be the Aevum Inch?

The people from the Spirit Nidus were unconcerned, as they simply assumed that the commotion was something done by the native Tianyuan cultivators.

Within the Aevum Inch, the endless swarm of insects that was traveling towards the Tianyuan also heard the thundering boom.

The droplet-shaped creature was perched on Shan Xiaos shoulder when its antennae twitched.

Master, this sound? Shan Xiao asked in confusion.

The droplet creature answered in a soft voice, Is this intended to be a warning for us?

The other human civilization cant arrive for at least another half year. Any warning is pointless, Luo Chan smugly stated. It had been monitoring the Nine Odysseys Megaverse closely, especially the Night Pillars that had been launched as support. It knew exactly where those two pillars were.

Shan Xiao frowned. Humans arent stupid. The last time we waged war against them, they chose to sit back and watch the insects multiply rather than attack, which effectively negated the advantage that Luo Chan gave us. They abandoned a vast region of the battlefield, pulling back their defensive line, and they even had an ability similar to Luo Chans teleportation. They managed to kill Unbroken Time and forced us to reinitiate the fighting.

Theres no chance that they havent considered our intentions, and yet they have still sent support. I think that somethings off.

Luo Chan replied, Thats all true. Just what could the humans be planning?

The droplet creature spoke up again, Regardless of their plans, unless an Immortal defends this megaverse, their efforts are pointless. The remnants of the Third Rampart need to be dealt with, and they should be in the megaverse before us.

Shan Xiaos eyes lit up. If we can obtain that Primordial card, Masters strength will rise another level.

Destroy them! Destroy them! Luo Chan excitedly chanted.

The droplets antennae seemed to sway in the wind, despite there being no wind in the Aevum Inch.

Suddenly, the horde of insects halted. Shan Xiao, Luo Chan, and even the droplet creature all stared ahead in a daze.

The Tianyuan Megaverse had just vanished.

Gone? How can it be gone? All of them had clearly seen it, so how could it have vanished?

Luo Chan teleported away, trying to reach the place where the Tianyuan had just been, only to slam into something halfway between the insects and the megaverse.

The droplet creature appeared there as well, and it probed the path forward with its antennae. It could touch something, and then streams of water moved forward, only to also be blocked. The liquid extended endlessly along the barrier.

Karma.

The droplet creatures voice grew heavy. Karma is blocking our way.

Karma?

Elsewhere in the Aevum Inch, Lu Yins face had become deathly pale. He had dropped to one knee and was panting heavily.

His vision grew blurry and started to swim.

He had just ripped the Tianyuans karma away and fused it with the karma of the Heavenly Karmic Macrocosm before transforming that into a wall that protected the Tianyuan. The entire megaverse was now surrounded by a wall of karma.

He had just done something truly outrageous. In fact, it was something that Lu Yin had never dared to even think of before.

Even after he comprehended the karmic wall technique, he had not dared to imagine that he could completely encompass the entire Tianyuan with a wall of karma.
