God’s Hammer was a heavyweight melee mech that wielded a hammer and a shield. Dwight has designed the hammer’s flat striking ends as well as the shield’s surface with prothanite. Its internal structure was composed of a hybrid alloy between invintium and a Transcendent-grade esoteric form of matter known as Luminal Amber. Scientifically, it was known as Hypo-photonic condensate, believed to be a special form of light that was almost immune to impacts categorically.
Creating the prothanite with his Creationverse had been extremely difficult. Prothanite was so extraordinarily dense that even a teaspoon of it weighed millions of tons. It was one of the reasons that it had taken him more than a year to prepare all the needed materials to finally realize this project.
The hammers came equipped with a powerful and robust Negatron Space-Time Pulse Warper system. Essentially a compacted warp drive that increased the force at the moment of impact, using similar principles as superluminal warp drives, but only at the moment of impact. The sheer amount of force that it could pack was so great that even invintium simply shattered like glass.
The energy generator system of the mech was a cutting-edge dark energy generator. The cutting-edge advances in this technology that only the dwarves had mastered involved using negatron matter to harness the force of the expansion of the universe much more efficiently.
Negatron matter could create stronger quantum ’hooks’ that were pulled radially outward by the expansion of space and time, converting that force into kinetic energy that was then transmitted across the entire body using proprietary luminal prismic transmission technology, which simply used light for short-distance energy transmission from the generator to the rest of the body of the mech using a system of harmonic prisms for efficient and precise distribution.
While energy was transmitted in the form of light within the mech, information itself was transmitted through a much higher form of technology.
The dwarves had already moved past using wormholes for communication. Wormholes were not easy to move around inside a mech. They were not easy to maintain, and they could be suppressed significantly with interdiction technology. They were fine for a civilization, but not for a mech that was fighting advanced civilizations.
Instead, Dwight had created a new technology that used the principles of quantum tunneling to achieve superluminal communication inside the mech that didn’t rely on space-time manipulation. He had considered using quantum entanglement, but avoided doing so since the arakai were familiar with that technology and it was vulnerable to the Webverses of the Divine Mothers. Quantum tunneling was much harder to harness, but it was also much harder to stop. Quantum computing was used for the primary communication core of the Transcendent mech, allowing it to process information and react at extraordinarily quick speeds.
Dwight had equipped the design of God’s Hammer with numerous active defensive systems in addition to the prothanite that were expressly meant to protect the mech from the tyrannical power of Administrators.
He had equipped the entire mech with a Flowing Wisdom module that used the same principles as the Armor of Flowing Wisdom to protect the information of the Transcendent mech, which was undoubtedly its greatest weakness.
He also intended to create a powerful consciousness of integrated information that could further frustrate the abilities of Divine Mothers. He knew, thanks to data that Rui had sent him on the performance of the armor, that it could impede Divine Mothers well enough for a period of time, albeit with active support from Rui.
That was good enough for the time being.
The greatest and most radical upgrade, however, was the upgrade of the controller.
He had gotten rid of the cockpit entirely.
"Normal humans are not worthy of piloting such an artifact."
It was simply a fact. Although neural bridges between man and machine could do much to help the former keep up with the latter, and although semi-autonomous systems could make up for the gap, it simply didn’t apply to a machine as powerful as this.
In the place of the cockpit, a delicate quantum computing AI core took its place.
This would be the first iteration of God’s Hammer where the artifact was entirely autonomous.
However, the AI core was merely assistive. The true pilot of the mech was the consciousness that he would imbue it with his Creationverse. Ordinarily, this consciousness would merely exist and have no control over the body of the mech.
However, he had taken inspiration from the Corporeal Realm of the Martial Path.
He admired how Rui used a web of quantum entanglement to serve as an interface between the corporeal consciousness and the body. He came up with a similar interface, allowing the consciousness to directly control all systems of God’s Hammer.
This was the true power of the Transcendent Realm as far as he was concerned. It allowed him to create the ideal artifact that didn’t need unfit users but was truly independent as a lifeform.
Of course, he had taken some tips from the Psyker on how to program integrated information, ensuring the loyalty of the artifact to him and to the Emperor of the Bournvyrne Empire and dwarvenkind as a whole. It would mean surrendering control, but Dwight firmly believed that the sacrifice would be worth the power.

The entire workshop hummed with harmony as the Transcendent craftsman rapidly reshaped raw materials into the necessary components, while reshaping existing components into their new forms.
The dwarves stared at the entire process from start to finish with slackened jaws and awed expressions. Although this was not the first time they had seen his Creationverse in action by this time, it was the first time that he had used it so extensively and intensely. Upgrading the photonic phase catalyzer used for Operation Lightfury didn’t compare to the effort that he was exerting right now.
The entire process took a whole day.
Slowly but surely, however, the entire machine came together in its reincarnated form while Dwight was pushed to the very limits of his metaphysical stamina.
And then, it was complete.
