"I see," Asher spoke as he nodded, not thinking too much about it.

He turned to his friends as he spoke, "It seems luck isn’t on you people’s side today." He shook his head as he walked forward. "But I guess you guys will meet him before we head to the Star Academy."

He knew Azaron would give him the End-class Monster blood he had promised within the next few days, and within that time, his friends would meet Azaron.

Ryaen, Vaelric, and Finch nodded and followed beside Asher. After all, their own parents were always busy, so they understood that the Duke wasn’t available.

William, who had been eager to meet Azaron, couldn’t help but turn towards Finch as he stated, "Aren’t you supposed to be the lucky one here?" he asked. "How come we didn’t get to meet the Duke, whom we just saw outside a couple of minutes ago?" his tone almost exasperated.

Finch turned towards him as he replied with a shrug, "Maybe your bad luck is countering my good luck."

William’s lips twitched as he felt like punching Finch, but alas, they were friends. They continued walking in silence as Asher showed them his former room before moving to his current one. With the inner part done, Asher began to give them a tour of the outside.

They moved through the gardens, water fountains, the forest, and a few other places. Asher showed them the Knight building and the maid and butler quarters, which were housed in another huge building.

"Can we go to the Knight building?" Ryaen asked, her eyes zeroing in on the structure.

Asher shook his head as he replied, "I’m not sure we can at the moment, we are kind of on high alert," he explained.

Vaelric and the others arched an eyebrow as they were familiar with high alerts. They had seen various Knights patrolling outside, and a few floating in the sky when they had arrived with their flying Monsters. They had all thought it was part of the Wargrave’s normal daily security.

"Not to pry, but if you can tell us, we would love to know," Vaelric said as his curiosity stirred.

"It isn’t some big secret," Asher mused as he began to explain about the Convergence and how they had been attacked, as the Convergence had wanted to kidnap him and Arianna. He told them that they had killed them while some had managed to escape with various critical injuries.

William, Finch, Ryaen, and Vaelric couldn’t help but suck in a deep breath as they stood frozen.

"To think there were actually people mad enough to attack your family with the motive of kidnapping you. Damn!" William stated.

Ryaen, who had been silent, spoke, "I’m more concerned about the fact that Asher and Arianna were able to take down a Dust Voidstar Life Ranker together," she stated. "That is a level of power all of us combined can’t defeat," her eyes shifting towards Finch and the rest.

William and the rest nodded. They had just witnessed Asher’s battle with Arianna about two weeks ago, but for them to work together and take down a Voidstar Life Ranker? To Ryaen and the rest, Asher’s and Arianna’s combat prowess didn’t touch that level before. Which only told them that these two had improved and gotten stronger a week after their battle.

Finch shook his head as he spoke, "You know... each time I think that I’ve gotten used to your monstrous feats, you just pull another rabbit out of your hat," he sighed.

Ryaen stared at Asher as she asked, "What Life Rank are you at now?"

Asher didn’t hide anything and simply replied, "Dust Firmstar."

Everyone sighed collectively as they shook their heads. Although they knew he was already at the Dust Firmstar Life Rank, they had wanted to know if he had broken through to the Spark sub-Life Rank.

Aside from that, they were also amazed at the fact that Asher’s teleportation ability could cross such a distance, almost moving from one Empire to another.

Vaelric’s brown eyes shifted towards the clouds, then around the garden. He couldn’t help but wonder just how powerful these Convergence people had to be to make the Wargrave deploy their Knights and enter a state of alert. He wasn’t the only one thinking such a thing, as William, Finch, and Ryaen were also thinking the same.

They couldn’t help but reason that maybe Azaron had gotten intel from the former Emperor about their lair and had gone to wipe them out. But it was just their guess anyway.

They made their way to the First Training Ground, which was the last place that was left to see. As William and Finch were already familiar with it, Asher simply explained it to Ryaen and Vaelric, while also telling them that the Training Grounds were three in total, all according to the moment one awakened.

Asher showed them around, the Instructors catching up with Asher as they congratulated him on his win at the Inter-Empire tournament. They saw the new trainees who had been recruited going through their training. Asher was also familiar with some of them, as he had met them two years ago.

They made their way towards Instructor Elowen’s movement and balance training space. The moment they entered, Ryaen and Vaelric could only marvel at the structure, but their marvel was cut short when Elowen suddenly appeared before them as though she possessed some sort of speed ability.

"It seems the Tenth Sun finally remembered this lowly instructor after nine months," Elowen spoke with a smile, as she had last seen Asher when he had been here with Finch and William.

Her eyes shifted towards Ryaen and Vaelric as she continued, "It seems each time you visit, you come here with more friends," she chuckled.

Asher sighed as he spoke, "The Star Academy hardly gives us time to leave, Instructor Elowen. If not, I would have visited you more," a smile appearing on his face.

Elowen shook her head as she spoke, "It doesn’t matter. All that matters is that I trained the winner of the Inter-Empire Tournament," a smirk appearing on her lips. "Besides, I loved your movements during your fights," she added.

Asher simply smiled and said nothing else.

Elowen’s eyes shifted towards Finch as she spoke, "Still fat, huh?"

Finch’s lips twitched. In order to change the topic, he introduced Ryaen and Vaelric to Elowen. Although Finch told her that they were the Crown Prince and daughter of a Duke, Elowen couldn’t care less.

And since they were already here, she made Ryaen and Vaelric go through her movement course, while Asher, Finch, and William stayed at the side, laughing at the both of them. But they hadn’t come here to stay forever, so after a few fails, Asher and everyone bade farewell and left, heading to the weapons training space.

Meeting up with Instructor Clinton, who was in charge of this aspect of training, the man laughed and smiled as he was simply too happy to see Asher. After all, he had known Asher was monstrous from his very first day here.

The trainees who were around simply stared with awe. After all, they had all watched the Inter-Empire Tournament, as the Wargrave had made sure they could also watch it. So they recognized Asher, and Finch too.
