After riding another attraction in the Flame Area, the next place were heading to is the Magic Area Im guessing its probably an area modeled after Kuro, the creator of the magic tools.

However, its difficult to imagine what kind of place it is just from the areas name. My impression is that it would have a strong fantasy feel to it, but magic is something commonplace in this world, so I wonder what itll actually be like

[Once we get to the fifth area, it really feels like were entering the final stretch! But I wish we couldve explored more of the areas weve been through so far too.]

[I understand how you feel, Hina-chan, but every single area is so large that it could practically function as its own theme park, so if we started exploring them without any restrictions, wed never finish.]

[Even with the two attractions per area that we decided on at the beginning, its already taken quite a while, and I think thats probably the best way to see all the areas But every area really is huge, and each attraction is so elaborate that theres no way we could see everything in one day.]

Aoi-chan agreed with Hina-chan, who looked like she was having fun, and I joined the conversation based on my experience of exploring the park so far. In fact, every area really did have an incredible amount of content, and if we were talking about conquering every attraction, it was on a scale where I wondered just how many days it would take.

Actually, it was making me appreciate all over again just how incredible Kuro and Alice were for managing to build a theme park of this scale in less than a year.

We continued walking while talking like that and eventually arrived at the Magic Area, but it was once again an absolutely astonishing sight.

[Eh? Ehhhhh Were in the sky?]

[N- No, but We came here normally without feeling like we were climbing to a high altitude or anything]

I could understand why Hina-chan and Aoi-chan were staring in amazement. After all, when we arrived at the Magic Area from the Flame Area we found ourselves on what appeared to be a large floating platform, with similar platforms floating all around us, and clouds visible far below If I had to put it into words, it was as though numerous facilities, platforms, or pedestals were floating in the sky, creating what could only be described as a floating city in the heavens.

[This is The entire ground beneath our feet is probably Illusion Magic. It only looks this way, and in reality, I think theres ordinary ground here.]

[However, this is amazing. Its so intricately crafted that you cant immediately realize its an illusion, and theyre able to keep Illusion Magic of this caliber active at all times?]

Luna-san and Sieg-san were also looking around in amazement, and even from the perspective of these two who were among the very best in the Human Realm, the Illusion Magic in this area seemed to be extraordinary.

The others appeared to be equally astonished, and Lilia-san murmured as she moved her gaze around with interest.

[I see. A permanent Barrier Magic has been deployed throughout this entire area. In principle, I think its similar to the VR games Kaito-san possesses. Those use a method of sending ones mind into a special barrier, whereas this appears to be projecting the scenery of a special barrier throughout the entire area. Its a highly sophisticated permanent Barrier Magic, to the point that I would call it beautiful, so I imagine either Kuromu-sama or Alice-sama placed it here personally.]

I see, so the entire Magic Area is essentially one enormous Barrier Magic And thats what makes it possible to create such an incredible spectacle

[The reason why someone like me, who has high resistance, and Kaito-san are able to perceive the Illusion Magic as though it were reality is because it uses the same mechanism as the attractions weve encountered so far, with consent being established within the magic formula Most likely, the admission process at the entrance is being treated as consent.]

[Ahh, so it treats the act of voluntarily going through the admission process and entering as consent.]

I nodded in understanding at Lilia-sans explanation. Just as Lilia-san said, although the format is different, the mechanism is probably similar to the VR game. In that game, voluntarily putting on the mascot costume is considered consent, while in this amusement park, theyre probably treating the admission procedure as consent within the magic formula so that people like me and Lilia-san cant simply nullify it.

The notice at the entrance warning that Illusion Magic and other such things are used in the attractions might also be related to that consent.

[Anyway, I understand that this is an area where some incredible magic has been used But, how are we supposed to get around here?]

[If it only looks like this and theres actually ground beneath us But when it looks this realistic, I have to admit Im still hesitant.]

[But we cant get anywhere unless we walk whoa!?]

Hina-chan and Aoi-chan muttered anxiously, and although I agreed with them, I figured we had to find some way to move around, so I approached the edge of the floating platform in the direction I wanted to go and a rainbow-colored bridge appeared in front of me.

[Ah, I see. So when you approach while trying to head toward another platform, a path appears like this]

[Thats amazing! So we walk across the rainbow to get to the next place!]

Once she understood how we were supposed to move around, Hina-chans excitement shot up, and her previously anxious expression instantly transformed into an excited smile.

Now that we knew how to get around, we immediately started walking across the rainbow bridge toward a relatively large floating platform nearby.
